Private basement apartment in my single family home in Morrison, 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Entrance through house front door with basement steps right next to the door. Quiet, safe, locked and secure space.

Living area with pullout couch, lift top coffee table, 55' Roku streaming TV, dining table, and kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and sweetener assortment, and mini fridge.

Bedroom with closet space, King bed, dresser, 32' Roku streaming TV, and charging stations on nightstands.

Attached private bathroom with dual head shower, towels, toiletries.

New A/C & Heat

There are 2 cats on the premises that stay in the host's private area. Guests may encounter them when entering and exiting the space.

Shared areas: Entrance to home through front door and basement space. Access to full, spacious, natural backyard with garden and trees. Full Washer and Dryer in the basement space.

Didn’t use except to sleep after a concert. It was good enough. Weird to walk into the home’s living space to get to the area where you actually rent. But good enough for what we needed!

Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!

We had a great stay at this apartment near Red Rocks! The place was clean, easy to access, and in a quiet suburban area with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and highways. The host was friendly and responsive, though our interactions were minimal. Bonus: there’s a super sweet cat on-site that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Great host and Location

A good quiet basement in a good location, especially for Red Rocks. Host was friendly and had a smooth check in peocess. Would definitely book again if i came back for another show at Red Rocks

Did not meet expectations

Might be acceptable for 1-2 night stay for easy drive to Red Rocks. Entrance is not private. Cats in house-wanted in basement when owner was out. Yard was unkept. Killed several spiders in bathroom. Someone other than owner was in house one day. Loud “discussion” between two people in house while we were there. We left a day early and found other accommodations.

Everything was exactly like it was described. Owners were great and helpful. We also had a wonderful time at Red Rocks. It was very easy getting there and back from the property. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked that the home was welcoming and the owners allowed for an early check-in. Everything about this property was exceptional. I would recommended and visit this property again.

We checked the place out and then left. Place was darkened outside, very ordinary appearance. The cat smell was the coup de grace. We stayed elsewhere and absorbed the cost of our mistake

Exactly what we needed!

This was the perfect place to stay on our trip to see a show at Red Rocks! Its exactly as described: comfy, clean and conveniently located. We didn't meet the owner but communication was excellent. The sweet kitties were a bonus.

Fabulous place near Red Rocks!!

Very pleasant surprise to stay at a cute basement respite extremely close to the Red Rocks amphitheater and fun shops/eateries in Morrison! Host Jeff was super to communicate with, very accommodating and his home was exactly as described online. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff’s place was perfect—had everything we needed for our quick trip for our first Red Rocks concert—only 15 min drive away. Great communication with our host—had front door and basement/door gate codes as needed. Very comfortable bed. Kitties were friendly. Thank you!
