Need a vacation rental , a business stay, a temporary home. This is a place for you. Contact the authorities. This house is not listed on Craigslist or any platform that would ask for an application fee. The house is a one level floor plan perfect for you or your family and friends to have to yourself. Large area parking for your big or small trailers. A front porch area to enjoy a beautiful morning or night visit.
Sleeps up to 6. Two bedrooms two king, one sofa queen sleeper with memory foam mattress, a play and pack crib for your baby. Each room has a TV with cable , the living room has a smart TV, cable.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner. Seats up to 6 people. Grocery Stores close by.
There is a washer, dryer, and soap for your use.
The bathroom is newly remodeled, with a walk in shower, nice towels.
Come and enjoy your stay making yourself feel like this is home.

This classy farm style home has easy access to the City of Golden a 4 mile drive west where you will find many things to do. On 44th about 1 mile west you will find one of the finest train muesums " Colorado Railroad Museum" established in 1958. They offer train rides various weekends, guest can also see plenty of trains and exhibits inside and out. Continue west on 44th about 3.5 miles there you will find many more things to do in Golden MillerCoors Brewing Company tours,Miners Alley Playhouse, tubing on the river , lots of restaurants, 5 breweries, micro breweries.
East on 44th from your stay about 1 mile down the street you can pick up a Casino bus to take you Gambling in Central City or Blackhawk.
If you are looking to travel to the mountains you are a short drive to west I-70 about 2 miles from the highway will get you to the play ground of the Rockies in about 1 hour to ski, hike, ATV riding, horseback riding. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 1.5 hours drive where you can hike ,see elk ,fish, or simply drive and see beautiful Colorado.
If you are Arriving from DIA you have about a 45 min drive to this location.

Great stay just outside of Golden. This home is clean, cute, and well cared for. We didn't really use the kitchen but it is spacious and has very nice appliances. Beds were soft and comfortable. I was there to move my son into the dorms at Mines, so I will definitely re-book when I come to visit.

Super clean and supplied well with necessities. Host is excellent! LocatedWithin just a few miles of everything Golden and really easy highway access to venture further to Colorado Springs, Red Rocks, Manitou Springs and so much more. Literally just a few minutes from the Coors Factory and the Railroad Museum. We have definitely found our home away from home.

This is our second time booking with Linda and she has a great place to stay. Fenced in front yard - if you bring a small pet and a lovely shaded conversation area on front deck. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning -- which is especially great in a house in Colorado where many don't have central AC. Very good stay - very good host.

Great beds, shower, porch, ac, clean, outgoing hostess.Same as what another guest said- the larger room has a pillow top or memory foam (more squishy) and the 2nd bedroom is more firm. I typically like the firm but slept just fine in the softer bed.

Best place! Highly recommend! We went for concerts at red rocks but were so central to other spots. Place was clean beds were comfy!

Very nice house and just 15 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater. We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable and the furnished outdoor patio was a treat. Everything from booking to departure was seamless and Linda was very responsive to all of our communications.If we find ourseld in the area again, we'll be sure to come back.

A cute old house that's been refurbished nicely and comfortable furniture, lots of places to relax and enjoy the views. Easy to operate a/c and appliances, nicely redone bathroom with walkin shower. Very clean and Linda was terrific!

Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, lovely little home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C and heat. Quiet neighborhood. Bit of road noise as the house is beside a street, but quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic—close to attractions and the mountains—and the house itself was cute, comfortable, and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we especially loved the porch and the great outdoor spaces. The air conditioning worked very well overall, although it makes a fairly loud clunk when it kicks on.If you're a light sleeper, be aware that there is some highway noise as well. The provided fans were helpful in masking both the road noise and the sound of the A/C.Our only real downside was the tip jar for the cleaner. Given the substantial cleaning fee we had already paid, being asked for an additional tip felt a little unusual. This was the first time we've encountered that at a home rental during our travels.Overall, though, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the house and its location!

Great stay minutes from Golden. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor seating and quiet neighborhood. If I had to find areas of improvement it would be that the house could use some additional seating in the living room. We had 4 people and while the sofa sat 3 and there was another reclining chair, I have big kiddos and it was a little crowded.

Home was super clean and neat We chose this home for a Red Rocks show It was very close and made our trip great My only issue , and for most people maybe it wouldn’t be, is the noise level escalating at 5 am : tons of traffic on road running parallel to home Other then that home was perfect
