Beautiful place and in a great location. We were there for a fly fishing trip and our captain was able to pick us up right from the dock. It’s not too far from downtown crystal river where all the lovely restaurants and shops are. Overall a very charming, quiet place with excellent sunset views. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip

We had a blast at this quiet unique unit. It was a retirement trip for my husband. Location was awesome to venture out to the nearby springs. But the thing we enjoyed most was right outside the backdoor. We had a resident baby alligator, a shark, so many different fish and on our last day we even experienced the beautiful manatee.

Wonderful, remote spot to decompress. Well appointed, equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. Clean, comfortable, and very responsive host. I cannot wait to go back!

We loved the location and community! Our host was helpful and available if we needed him. We loved the scenery and the cottage itself was very comfortable. The little thoughtful touches, provided by our host were greatly appreciated. We would love to return someday. .

It was a great condo to stay for our small vacation. Very unique being on the water and seeing crabs and fish while you are sitting. It was clean and nice inside.The only problem we encountered is that we couldn't find a condo because their no number.but then I opened an app and got their using a map.

Thank you so much!All was perfect, the house has everything we needed. My husband said next time he will fish from balcony 🤣The swimming pool was neat and clean. Nature around is amazing...we had our kayak for swimming in ocean, Crystal River with manatees, monkey island.... I would say it’s a heaven for the nature lovers, bird watchers or for couples who love peaceful quiet places.Thanks again, hope to come next year too 🥰

My husband and I loved this place. It's a perfect location, close to everything but also quiet and secluded with nice views of the beautiful surroundings. I was worried about navigating the stairs in the middle of the night from the loft to the downstairs bathroom but it turns out there's a second bathroom upstairs which was super convenient. It was quiet. We had next door neighbors but we never heard them. The place is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking. I stupidly left behind a pair of shoes and the host thoughtfully shipped them back to me.I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Crystal River or the surrounding areas.

We had a great stay for our family vacation. The condo was clean, located in a great area, we saw a lot of wildlife, and it was close to activities. Definitely recommend staying here!
