Cool and comfortable, this spacious home features multiple themed rooms to make your vacation even more special. Start by unwinding outside under the lanai, either in the private pool or on the multiple lounge chairs. This home is lovingly furnished inside and out for guest comfort, as well as equipped with central air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features extra bar seating for quick meals or chef's helpers. An extra-long dining table and corner sofa ensure that everyone has a spot to relax. The Ghostbusters-themed garage game room features multiple activities (including a foosball table and an arcade cabinet) and a multi-row home theater. Upstairs, the second floor also features a pool table in a 1950s diner-themed living room. Younger guests can enjoy resting in the Mystery Machine in a special Scooby-Doo themed bedroom, right across the hall from a bedroom themed around The Smurfs. Every bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom or a private entrance to a full bathroom. Everyone will be able to find a relaxing spot in this bright, welcoming home.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
