Gracious hosts with easy check in/ out. Scenery beautiful and Easy location to fantastic Chattanooga and surrounding areas. We are a couple who vacation for trails,parks, and shopping.

Perfect for a getaway weekend trip

The apartment looks like the pictures. It’s in a quiet and peaceful setting. We even saw the cows. It’s away from the main house and above the garage, and it felt very private. Dakota was a friendly and professional host. She made sure I had everything I needed to enter the apartment, connect to the wi-fi, and clear instructions for check out time.

this is a cute little space their guest house located next to their home. It is all one floor and you must go upstairs to get to the space very cute and quaint. It was just a little dirty in the bathroom upon arrival. Communication with the house was possible.

There are no blinds or curtains on any of the windows. Due to this, anyone can peep in the windows while you’re in the bathroom showering, changing, sleeping, etc. Absolutely no privacy. This also makes sleeping in very difficult due to the light. The rental is above the garage. The garage is not part of the rental, and locked to the guests. However, there is an interior door within the rental that leads to the garage (swings open into the garage). So, anyone could potentially enter the rental through the garage. Additionally, there is no dead bolt or any additional locks preventing someone entering the rental with only door code. Huge safety issue. All doors are pocket doors do not latch/lock (not user error). The deck is dangerous. There are several screws sticking out, 1/2”, from the floor boards. I scraped my foot on one of them. There were four of us who stayed for three nights. The owners only allotted us one roll of toilet paper. When I requested additional rolls, they only provided one roll. The Wi-Fi does not work. The Wi-Fi continuously disconnecting from the electronics within seconds and disappearing from Wi-Fi options. When asking the host to fix it, they replied with, “We can try and reset the router but its showing that its working and it was working earlier today.” The host never fixed it nor asked if it was working throughout the stay. No Wi-Fi the whole time. I had to buy an extra GB of data boost due to this.

Nice peaceful place

We stayed one night for half way point from flordia to home. It was peaceful and quiet . I left my ankle bracelet I got from flordia and the owner mailed it to me right away! Only thing i think others should know is there are no blinds on the windows. Very modern and smelled brand new!!

Beautiful Property

We stayed a couple nights at this wonderful property while attending a wedding around the corner in Tennessee. It is clean, quiet and fully equipped for a nice stay. Beautiful view from the 2nd floor patio. Great for bird watching. Bonus points if you like watching cows graze. Red Clay park around the corner is great for a picnic and a history lesson on the Cherokee. We almost extended our stay, but work wouldn't allow it. If life allows it, we will be back for another stay!

Peaceful Place

Place was very clean and appears to be newly built or remodeled. Some blinds would be nice as the place is a little bright in the morning but its a farm, so its probably to time get up anyway.

Awesome farmhouse to stay in. Next to the owners who are really nice people. Pretty far from town.

My wife and I stayed here so we could get some hiking and biking done in chattanooga. The place was absolutely incredible and we loved it. A bit farther away from Chattanooga than we had planned. About 30 minutes. The owners live next door and are very nice people. Love their dog.e.

Beautiful area!!

Very comfortable and beautiful property inside and out. Be prepared to take stairs up and down during stay… was good for me because I enjoyed the bonus exercise. Close to the Red Clay Historic State Park and super close to the Red Clay Resort. Great all around!

Cute place. Nice outdoor area

Overall a very nice stay. Bright, cute little place in the countryside. Cows in the neighboring field to watch. Lovely outdoor seating area on the bottom level. Well-equipped kitchen. A few little things keeping me from giving it a 5-star review. *The AC was for the main room; no vents in the bedrooms. *No bedside table or lamp in the second bedroom (overhead lighting only). *No chairs for the balcony. *No blinds on the bedroom windows.

Graduation weekend

We were attending a graduation at Southern Adventist University. Just one traffic light between this property & the school. The place was quiet & clean. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the covered porch. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Quick stay

Great property great communication from owner love the interior of the loft. It was a quick stay for one night if I’m in the area again will definitely contact to rent. Extremely neat and clean.
