Welcome home to our newly renovated 3BR/2 Bath fully furnished home located in Historic Downtown, Cleveland TN within walking distance to Lee University, Deer Park and the Greenway. The home is located 4 miles from Omega Center Church (OCI). Also located only 10 minutes from the Hiawassee River, B&B Marina and the Ocoee River. Convenient to I-75 with Chattanooga only 15 minutes away. Our home is fully furnished including all essential kitchen cookware/utensils, bath and bed linens. The luxurious bedding includes a King, Queen and two Double Beds.

My son goes to Lee and this location is so perfect as are the accommodations! As long as we have a child at Lee, and we need a place to stay with the family, this will be our pick!

Home Away from Home

A wonderful place to stay with all the necessities of home. Cozy place to sleep and relax. Easy to login to our streaming platforms to unwind at the end of the day. The snacks, water, and coffee were a nice addition to the wonderful accommodations. Close to Chattanooga and the Ocoee, its is a prime location for comfort and exploring. We also enjoyed the park down the road, Deer Park, for our little ones. Thank you again for a relaxing, comforting place to stay on our vacation.

Weekend stay

The home was exactly what we needed and was in close proximity to Lee University. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect place for us to visit our daughter. Would recommend this location highly!

Walking distance to Lee!

This property was clean and accomodated our group perfectly. Our daughter attends Lee and it was so convenient to walk to campus for events. Would highly recommend and will book again in future.

Quiet place that is well clean and well stocked

My family used this house as a home base during a wedding weekend. It’s close to a very nice park in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time away.

Spacious kitchen with large wide sink, High shower heads so all heights could shower without having to squat down and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable.

Amazing location and home!

Could not have been more pleasantly surprised to drive into this neighborhood and up to this home. It was perfect! The walking distance to the park was a huge benefit and the yard is just right! Highly recommend for anyone. The owners and managers are super responsive and nice. Great place, we will stay there again!

Home away from home…

This updated home in the historic section of downtown Cleveland offered a relaxing and spacious alternative to hotel rooms and common space for our family to visit, relax, and celebrate a birthday. All amenities were provided and the back deck was a nice find to enjoy a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. Houses nearby ranged from beautiful showplaces to those needing some TLC, but the neighborhood was quiet and we could get to all stores and shops in the town in just a few minutes by car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well maintained home. Pleasant evenings on the deck or in the very comfortable living room. Truly, a home away from home!! Well equipped for preparing meals or very accessible to many restaurants near by!! Location was ideal for exploring the area in all directions. We look forward to returning!!!!

Perfect everything!

We settled on this home to stay in for my daughter’s graduation at Lee University. The house was perfect. It was very clean, nicely set up and very welcoming. The location was excellent as well. We had everything we needed as the house was fully stocked. And great communication with David our host. I would recommend this house 100%.

Nice and comfortable. Felt uncomfortable with the lock code being same numerals as the address. Would be easy for someone to enter the property. Should change to a unique code. Everything else was good.

Family vacation

This was a great place to stay! I had my granddaughters with me both under 3. I had no worries about navigating stairs with them here (single level ). A wonderful back yard to play in. Having a high chair provided was absolutely a blessing along with a pack in play. There is an amazing park with tons of options for all ages to play, less than a 5 min walk. We traveled to Chattanooga from here and it only took about 25-30 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook in. Many restaurants to choose from and a few coffee houses only a few minutes drive away. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be within the area. Thank you David! Michelle and family l
