Welcome home to our newly renovated 3BR/2 Bath fully furnished home located in Historic Downtown, Cleveland TN within walking distance to Lee University, Deer Park and the Greenway. The home is located 4 miles from Omega Center Church (OCI). Also located only 10 minutes from the Hiawassee River, B&B Marina and the Ocoee River. Convenient to I-75 with Chattanooga only 15 minutes away. Our home is fully furnished including all essential kitchen cookware/utensils, bath and bed linens. The luxurious bedding includes a King, Queen and two Double Beds.

Truly a gem!

This place is exactly as described! It is a home away from home! It’s close to everything we wanted to do. The location is quiet and very clean! It’s a cozy little place and we will be returning!

Spacious kitchen with large wide sink, High shower heads so all heights could shower without having to squat down and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient!

Our stay at this property was awesome! It was clean and extremely comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to Lee University. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in a good location around Cleveland! If we need to go back to Cleveland, Tennessee again, we will definitely try to book this property again!

Home away from home…

This updated home in the historic section of downtown Cleveland offered a relaxing and spacious alternative to hotel rooms and common space for our family to visit, relax, and celebrate a birthday. All amenities were provided and the back deck was a nice find to enjoy a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. Houses nearby ranged from beautiful showplaces to those needing some TLC, but the neighborhood was quiet and we could get to all stores and shops in the town in just a few minutes by car.

A Perfect Vacation in Cleveland, TN

We have stayed at this property once previously and had a great experience. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and close to the Tri-County Exhibition Center, where we were attending a horse show. This booking had everything we remembered from our first stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and to the horse show! The house was very clean, with plenty of space for our family to make breakfast in the morning and relax in the early afternoon/late evening. The property had everything we needed! The communication with the owners from check-in to check-out was supurb and we did not experience any issues at all during our time at the rental. If you're planning a trip to Cleveland or the greater Chattanooga area, I would highly recommend this fantastic accommodation! We look forward to staying again on our next trip.

Nice and comfortable. Felt uncomfortable with the lock code being same numerals as the address. Would be easy for someone to enter the property. Should change to a unique code. Everything else was good.

Perfect everything!

We settled on this home to stay in for my daughter’s graduation at Lee University. The house was perfect. It was very clean, nicely set up and very welcoming. The location was excellent as well. We had everything we needed as the house was fully stocked. And great communication with David our host. I would recommend this house 100%.

Walking distance to Lee!

This property was clean and accomodated our group perfectly. Our daughter attends Lee and it was so convenient to walk to campus for events. Would highly recommend and will book again in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well maintained home. Pleasant evenings on the deck or in the very comfortable living room. Truly, a home away from home!! Quiet place that is well clean and well stocked

My family used this house as a home base during a wedding weekend. It’s close to a very nice park in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time away.

Family vacation

This was a great place to stay! I had my granddaughters with me both under 3. I had no worries about navigating stairs with them here (single level ). A wonderful back yard to play in. Having a high chair provided was absolutely a blessing along with a pack in play. There is an amazing park with tons of options for all ages to play, less than a 5 min walk. We traveled to Chattanooga from here and it only took about 25-30 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook in. Many restaurants to choose from and a few coffee houses only a few minutes drive away. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be within the area. Thank you David! Michelle and family l

Amazing location and home!

Could not have been more pleasantly surprised to drive into this neighborhood and up to this home. It was perfect! The walking distance to the park was a huge benefit and the yard is just right! Highly recommend for anyone. The owners and managers are super responsive and nice. Great place, we will stay there again!

Loved it

Nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed a weekend for a wedding and loved the cute house. It was a nice place to relax. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Comfortable, loved the upgrade

It fit us ladies for the weekend, love the upgrade in colors , bed was comfy and covers. Love the size of the kitchen and 2 bathrooms was great for us. Had no complaints, was wonderful over all.

Our Crew was Very Happy with the accomodations.

Great communication level with the homeowner. we had 3 of our guys stay there will doing a job install in that city. The guys said it was a really nice home and they were all really pleased with it. Very much would recommend this rental.

Wonderful choice

Cleveland is a quaint town and we enjoyed looking at all the old homes. This house is a duplex in a quiet neighborhood near a nice park. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was only 15 minutes from our rafting trip. We had a wonderful dinner at True. It was a perfect vacation.
