Love the location. Great communication with the owner. We were traveling with mobility challenged parents, so the absence of steps for access was wonderful. Thanks for a great week.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The view is AMAZING! We loved being able to walk to Nye Beach, as well. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect place. Only complaint was the hike down to the beach, was quite the adventure. Home and view was 10:10. Would stay year round if we could.

We were very pleased with this property. Very spacious and clean. Great kitchen set up with modern appliances. And what a terrific view of the Pacific! If we return to Newport in the future, we will certinly seek out this rental again.

The house was beautiful and spotless as advertised. We were able to walk to the beach and into town. The views from the house were enough alone to make us come back! Stephanie was very responsive and the house made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The moment we walked into the house and saw the amazing ocean view, we knew we landed in the right place! The house was clean and comfortable, The children loved retreating to the loft to have time to themselves. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious and functional kitchen with real dishes (instead of a recent Ikea set on sale!). It felt like a well loved family beach retreat instead of a slapped together rental and we had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Views are spectacular, home was clean and comfortable and my grandson loved the loft! Kitchen had everything you need and short drive to bay and Oregon Aquarium.

You can’t actually walk to the beach without driving down the road A ways. The house was very clean, however there was a very strong smell in the house that wasn’t there last year when we rented it. It was so strong it gave my daughter a headache. I’m assuming it was some sort of cleaning solution but it was way to strong.Even the sheets reeked of it. Which is not pleasant for people with sensitive to smells every thing else was perfect
