Excellent property and fantastic location! We didn’t realize the master suite on the 2nd floor opened up into the living area and this was fine for us. Only small complaint is the queen size bedroom/bathroom had a very low shower nozzle. An extension to raise this would make the rental perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views!!

This was our fourth stay in this unit and 4th time at the property. The location is excellent. Everything is a short walk from the apartment. It is always clean and equipped. I had a small administrative issue with the property company before the trip started and they were very responsive to my concern and worked with me to find a solution I was comfortable with. Look forward to our stay next year!

Great view, location. Very clean and comfortable. Rental team is available and responsive. Really appreciate how close it is to great restaurants and shopping. Love the view and the loft bedroom is really nice.

Beautiful top floor condo with view of the beach. 1/4 from 101. walking distance to restaurants, shops, bike rentals.clean. full kitchen and amenities. 1-1.5 miles from 3 grocery stores. great place. lots of parks/beaches/hiking. beautiful aquarium 10 minute drive away.. we had a wonderful time.

The view was wonderful! Loved waking up to see the ocean every day A few more options for left overs storage would be nice , but basically it had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay . We all really loved staying there

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and being right on the beach was so special. The condo was stocked perfectly! From beach chairs to puzzles and books to a well stocked kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location in Newport. It’s an amazing property that is right on the beach and in walking distance of many different cafés, restaurants, art shops, and stores. Besides the ocean view, everything was clean well organized with a fully stocked kitchen and two large beds to sleep in as well as two bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again soon.
