With ocean views and just steps to the sand (with no streets to cross), this well appointed townhome provides the perfect beach getaway. Enjoy the view from the ocean side deck for breakfast or a sunset cocktail. It's a short walk (less than 1/2 mile) along the white sand beach to the Surf City Pier and local restaurants.

Perfect location for our family beach vacation - part of our party stayed at another VRBO right next door. The deck has great views of the beach and perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Home was clean, easy to access, and met our needs. Would stay here again any time!

Daniel drove 2 plus hours just to bring us a remote for one of the ceiling fans. Location was excellent and close to beach…. Will be back again. Our son got engaged to his girlfriend while we were visiting …..

The Stay was Amazing , The Host was Great and very grateful for a email concerning construction in area for new water lines , that was alittle noisy .The views were great and absolutely would recommend staying here again and hopefully we can book again very soon . Thank you for all the Family Fun we were able to have togather and sharing your townhome with us .

This is a perfect location. Literally, steps from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants and attractions in Surf City. This unit is well stocked and comfortable. Covered parking is really a plus. Great spot for a surfer.

Very pleased with our stay. Bedding was comfortable. Beach is just a few steps away. We had everything we needed, which was nice because we have stayed at pricier rentals that were very stingy with toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Would definitely stay again!

This is my second time staying here. It has everything you need. Great location! Daniel is an excellent host very easy to get ahold of if needed. Our favorite place to stay on Topsail Island!!

Daniel was an excellent host. I had to make some adjustments on our trip and he was so easy to work with. The townhome was perfect for our family of 5. The townhome clean and well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys as well. The beach access was even closer than I expected and a great beach view from the balcony. We hope to return in the future!

Pleasant week at the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay and all accommodations were just as described. Ted was very helpful and responsive with our reservation and any questions. We would stay here again!
