End of season getaway

Enjoyed Topsail, location is terrific! We had a very comfortable stay, loved the small deck, able to have our coffee there and view the ocean. The condo was attractive and airy, lots of natural light. Very easy access to the beach and quite nice to have beach chairs etc provided!

Perfect Location

We had the best time in Surf City in large part due to this property being so close to the beach. Just cross the parking lot, go down the stairs and you’re at the ocean. The home was complete with everything we needed from the kitchen to chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The one thing that would improve the rating is the cleaning crews attention to details. While the home was clean; when we arrived the dishwasher was full, there were only 2 squares of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom, and food that was easily wiped off with a paper towel was splattered on the cabinet doors. I only needed limited contact with the owner as the check in process was simple and we had no issues with the home, but he was quick to respond as needed and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beyond expectations!

The townhouse had pretty much everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Spring Break getaway!

This place was absolutely excellent for all of our vacation needs. We watched the sunrise over the ocean from the deck, the beach was steps away, and almost everything we needed was within walking distance. The space was well stocked and nicely arranged. Daniel, the host, was extremely responsive when we had a small issue in the bathroom. He was quick to respond and do what was needed without interrupting our stay. This was our second time to Surf City, and we love it. I highly recommend this area, especially with young kids. Thank you for hosting us!

Comfortable & Conveniently located

The home was clean and comfortable. Daniel ,the owner was wonderful and responded to any questions I had quickly. The only thing regarding this home was there are a lot of stairs. But if you don’t mind the exercise, it’s well worth the stay!

Great home and location!

Was a little nervous when I found out the ownership changed hands after I booked this property, but was soon pleasantly surprised and pleased of the great communication with the new owner. Home and location was perfect!

Great location

This was a great stay! Barely a walk to the beach, was not crowded at all! Loved the feel and friendliness of Surf City. Lots of places to eat within 1/2 mile walk. Property was well maintained and owner was very responsive!

Summer break

The perfect location to vacation with our pups. NOT a complaint, just thought mgr might like to know: tub drains very slowly, electric outlet under the wineglass rack doesn’t work.

Few steps to the beach!!

Loved this property! The host was great. Answered any questions we had before arrival. Check into the property was so easy and the house was just as advertised. Lost electric for a very short time and the host called to see what the problem was and communicated with us until the problem was resolved. Just a few steps to the beach and a great place for a family to stay. Would definitely rent from this host again !!!

Close to the beach!

We stayed in this same building last year and what we loved about it was the close proximity to the beach. GREAT location, only a few steps down to the ocean, very clean. Washer/dryer appeared to be brand new! Very nice.

Great stay

Location was wonderful! Communication with the owner was great! Everything was pretty much perfect!! My only feedback would be about toilet paper. The rolls in both the bathrooms when we arrived were almost empty and we had to run out as soon as we got there to purchase more. I will say there was one roll in a bag on the kitchen counter that was left but after driving and being tired we didn't notice it until after! I just felt with how low it was and in both bathrooms maybe at least one bathroom could've have a new roll! Other than that, Ted was great and our stay was perfect!

Great Location

Location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, Surf City pier ,restaurants, cute outdoor church. Watch tides as you plan your vacation. At high tide very little beach (if any) left due to erosion. Worked in our favor but could have been a bust. Low tide was beautiful!
