This site exceeded our expectations on all levels. Walking from the upper deck of the property to the high tide waterline in 100 steps was an awesome advantage while traveling with a 3 year old. Also greatly appreciated the gates for the stairs!!Already checking our calendars for a 2027 return to Sandsational

A wonderful home on the beach. Photos are accurate as is description. Fully stocked kitchen. The dog run was awesome. Michael was responsive to messages and easy to get in touch with. The views of the beach are phenomenal!

Couldn’t ask for a better combination of being right on the beach and close enough to the restaurants and shopping to make it a perfect location. Clean upon check in, plenty of kitchen supplies, newer fridge and dishwasher, water pressure was good inside and out, host was responsive and attentive. Such an amazing combination we’re coming back again next year! We’ve stayed in 8 different houses over the last 8 years, and had a good time in all of them, but this will be our first repeat stay. That’s how good it was.

I took my family of 5 here for the week and we had a great time. The home is beautiful, is in a great location, and had everything we needed.

This house is AMAZING! The second floor has three of the bedrooms, with bathrooms, and laundry room. The third floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one more bedroom with bathroom. The second and third floor decks have plenty of furniture and every bedroom and all of third floor has an ocean view. The house is pet friendly and has a small gated area for dogs to take care of business. The first floor of the deck and the third floor also have gates, so the pets can't get loose. The first floor deck has a hose to rinse the sand off. Private entrance to the beach. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, very well stocked, and serving plates/bowls for 20-24 people. Ceiling fans in every room. TV with lots of channels and streaming options. There are two covered parking spaces. I definitely recommend this house, we had a great week!

Nice, clean beachfront house. All four bedrooms are beachfront, which was really nice (3 bedrooms on middle/2nd level, 1 bedroom on top/3rd level). Well-appointed kitchen.

Great house, great location and set up for those of us who love to ave our pets with us on vacation. The decks have gates, there are extra gates inside, making it very pet friendly. The house is situated with easy access to Surf City, but far enough down to have many less people on the beach. And you can’t beat the view to wake up to. We had everything we needed for a great week away. Would definitely rent again

Family Beach Vacay

Great visit at Sand Sational! Three generations plus pups enjoyed our week! Great beach access and deck seating to enjoy ocean views! Even saw a turtle hatching, dolphin pod, and a water spout! Dog fenced area made it easy to take pups out during the heat of the day and hose and shower made cleanup easy after the beach. Communication was clear and timely. House provided everything we needed for a great week!

Sand Sational! was a great beach house. It was very clean, the linens smelled nice and not just like bleach, and the deck seemed fairly new (no splinters). The pictures are a good representation of the house. The house is very dog friendly with very nice gates on the decks, a silicone mat with a dog bowl for water, and a small fenced-in area to let your dog out at night without having to go to the beach, which was a game changer. We would definitely rent this house again.

Very nice home. Surf City is a great place to visit. The only issue I had was when the booking days were changed without my approval. However several months later before our trip the owner was able to accommodate our original Saturday to Saturday dates.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for, and the views were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We did rent our beach chairs and umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!
