Dealing with inconsistent WiFi, especially when it seemed resolved only to stop working again, must have been incredibly frustrating, and we regret that you had to endure that. The presence of bats at night is especially concerning, and we can only imagine how unsettling that must have been. No guest should ever have to worry about something like that while trying to relax, and we sincerely regret that this was part of your experience. Furthermore, discovering a cleanliness issue in the bedroom and not having it adequately addressed is entirely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and discomfort it caused.
