Beautiful place that is spaced out perfectly! If you want to be within minutes of Pigeon Forge or 20 min to Gatlinburg, this is the place! I will choose this place every time we come to the area!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place had everything you could possibly need, with plenty of space and a very comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to everything you could want to see and do. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The room had a terrible musty mildew smell and it’s listing says handicap accessible but non of the beds were handicap accessible height and the bathroom had mold in it.

How could you put a review on here when you cancelled and got a full refund and DIDN'T STAY ON MY PROPERTY! THERE IS NO MOLD IN HOUSE!

Great fenced in property with easy access to activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Beautiful outside deck with fantastic views. Communication with hosts was very good.Enjoyed some downtime playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely visit again.

We loved the house, it was great! Plenty of room for the 5 adults and an 3 year old to run and play along with our fur babies too! We enjoyed the games and the pool table! Everything was as listed! The hosts were so helpful and answered all questions ASAP. There was plenty of dishes and pots and pans for staying at the house and cooking. The location was perfect for visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. We hope to return soon! Thanks so much for sharing your house with the Faulk, Davis and Thompson families along with Tripp, Milee, Nala and Atlas (our fur babies)!

Everything was excellent, except for all the acorns falling, but that’s only nature, pets enjoyed the place and the outside, had a bear visit 2nd morning, making it exciting, all in all very nice relaxing stay! Love the Mountain View’s, host was excellent, very clean home, loved the layout!

Great Location for Views and Attractions

This is a great home, in a great location. Being in-between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge we were just minutes away for all the attractions. Our family and dogs loved the large deck, with hot tub and large yard. We will defiantly recommend this house to others and would stray here again.

The cabin was great. The one level was good for the wheelchair and the view was awesome. We did see one bear which made everyone happy! The host were great we had a problem with the internet and they had someone come to take care of it. I will go back for sure!!

Family Vacation

This is a great property with a gorgeous view. You are close to all of the shopping and amenities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and still have the feeling of being secluded and surrounded by nature. It is a perfect location.

The property welcomed pets, but we didn't bring ours. The kitchen was well equipped although some of the glasses and pots were not clean. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our needs.

Great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the chalet was perfect, so convenient. It was situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The chalet itself was clean and very roomy, with lots of seating. We would definitely rent this spot again.

Amazing house with a huge deck overlooking the mountains. Super spacious and very clean. Location was perfect right between pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This was our second time staying there and we are already planning our next stay…..10/10. Perfect….

Fantastic Views

We absolutely loved this property. It has stunning views and location was perfect for us . We will definitely be renting from the Tice family again. Great place to rent if you have pets the fenced in backyard was a bonus feature for us because our doggies 🐾🐾🐾are family.
