Cozy Bungalow!

This is a great location. Super clean and cozy! The beds are comfortable, as is the couch in the living room. The kitchen is small, but still has a large table for games and eating.Two things to note:1. The room is up steep stairs. 2. The laundry is not in the apartment. It's downstairs in a communal space and requires quarters to operate. Bring your own detergent.

Catfish Conference Weekend

Just as advertised! Extremely clean and comfortable. Tyler was available at all times for a phone call or text message. Several of the streets were flooded in the area and we had a tough time getting in but we called Tyler and he helped us get there.

Good central location

Good location as we were doing things in and out of the metro area. We all thought the unit could have used more "outfitting" of basics people need and cleaning also needs to be beefed up. This however really didn't affect our stay so we enjoyed the place and I do recommend it as a VRBO host myself from Milwaukee

Bourbon and so much more

10 day stay for the bourbon trail but discovered so much more in Louisville. This unit was a great base for all our needs and was an easy drive to downtown Louisville. Tyler was amazing with help and communication.

Excellent property and location.

This was a perfect location for a weekend bourbon tour with close proximity to downtown distilleries as well as quick access to the highways to see the out of town distilleries. It’s also close to Lynn Family Stadium so if you are in for a soccer game or event, it’s within walking distance. The property was perfect for chilling out and had everything we needed.

Smells, bad neighborhood

We found a hotel after seeing the property because it had a smell and was bringing on allergic reactions. We also didn’t feel comfortable with our vehicle outside in this neighborhood. We let the owner know and have not gotten a response. The one positive is that it was fairly newly redone.

Stay here!

We did a quick overnight stay after a bourbon tour. This place was so nice. It was ver clean, had everything we needed and had great bourbon themed decor. If you’re in the area, stay here. I know we will stay again.

Small but mighty with an amazing location

First, I am terrible and never write reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience that it was necessary. I was concerned looking at the pictures the place would be too small, but the way it was laid out I was shocked at how big it felt and how many people you could potentially have in the unit and not feel cramped. Additionally, there was plenty of room in each bedroom. Next, the location is great. You’re a mile or less in either direction from some of the best neighborhoods Louisville has to offer. Finally, I had an issue with the entry door (my fault) and my Vrbo messaging wasn’t working late the last night of my stay, so I called Tyler and within a half a ring he picked up and was super helpful at getting me into the unit. Again, perfect size for friends or couples, great location, great pricing, and great communication from the host. Will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a good trip.

I know I am a little late, but this is really nice place. Comfortable and clean. Property manager and or owner was super easy to talk to. I recommend it and will definitely stay again, next time I am on a trip there. Stayed 9/18/2023

Awesome place!

I loved the speakeasy theme! The location was super convenient and charming. The unit was secluded and well decorated for the theme. Would stay again!

Reasonable accommodations close to Downtown

We enjoyed our stay at this modern loft. Place was stocked with essentials and we encountered no issues. We would have liked to have spent less on this stay but it was our choice to book it ultimately ended up enjoying it.
