Located in the ocean-view Lanai Building, your studio condo is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee on your private lanai with a view of the ocean, grounds, and pool. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, high-speed WiFi, and beach towels.

This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

Great spot

Well stocked studio. Comfortable bed, nice efficiency kitchenette, beach chairs/towels/boards/cooler, etc. Great location. Well maintained grounds. Nice pool with a bar. Friendly/helpful staff. Close to lots of beautiful beaches. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, etc. Will be back!

We picked this condo because of its proximity to the beach, which was a short walking distance. The condo was clean but the drain in the tub was slow, the refrigerator was noisy, and the tv was a bit difficult to use (I wish that it were a smart tv so I could’ve signed into an app). Plus, a stove would have been nice. All in all, it was a good stay.

Nice property overall, would stay here again. Incredible views, bed was very comfy. The macadamia nut chocolate and cookies in the room upon arrival was a nice touch. More than one coffee filter for a three day stay would have been good. Wifi didn’t work upon my arrival but a quick text to Vacasa and it was dealt with only 90 minutes later.

Beautiful room and property

The property is lovely and quiet. It is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and area, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious with a great view. If you're not back by early evening it is difficult to find a parking spot onsite. Would suggest placing some sort of rubber mat under mattress to prevent constant sliding.

Steps from the beach!

We were very impressed with the value, the ocean view from our balcony, the sound of the waves 24/7, the beautifully landscaped property, the amenities and the convenient location. It was everything we wanted for a relaxing quick getaway. Mahalo!

Lovely one-week stay.

We had a very lovely stay at your condo. The location was great...we could explore the whole island. Everything we needed was there, with the exception of tissue. More electrical outlets would be a plus, too. The property is lovely, and the beach is very close. Thanks!

A beautiful place on Garden Island

Absolutely superb condo we had. Clean, nicely furnished and equipped in the kitchenett. Had a really great view. The garden was breathtaking. You can find stores and restaurants in 5 minute walking distance.

Very nice

I would suggest having another small table just for the coffee maker and toaster as the kitchen counter space is minuscule. It would also be nice to have some kind of a drying rack mounted on the wall because there is just no place to put dishes as you wash them. the bed was very comfortable. We were unable to get the television to work. And the pool is not heated so heads up on that one. Very comfortable place to stay and a nice location. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great value!

This unit was priced nice for the area! The room was super clean and had everything I needed. The kitchenette was perfect to help reduce eating out all the time! They even left me a welcome gift of macadamia nuts, chocolate macs, granola bars and coffee along with a sweet personalized note to welcome me. This was a perfect birthday trip for me! The pool/spa were also great with a Tiki bar with Mark serving up delicious pina colodas and lava flows!! Sunrise is awesome with your morning coffee or yoga at the beach!! Side note- the A/C was fixed after several negative reviews and is now quiet as a mouse and nice and cool!

Great place right on the beach!

Great place right on the beach! The room is somewhat dated, and air conditioning was loud, but overall, very good for the price. The property is very nicely landscaped with a lot of security. Good options to eat and shop nearby, although nothing fancy.

Nice but noisy

Nice but noisy. We did enjoy ourselves it was a very nice unit the problem was the air conditioning unit when it turned on and off at night when you were sleeping sounded like a high powered vacuum cleaner going on and off so it que pasa week the first two nights. We realize that if we turned the air conditioning down to its lowest setting it would make it stay on most of the night and we could actually finally sleep. Kauai First Timers

Beautiful Grounds, great location. Very comfortable accommodation although the AC outdoor unit needs to be serviced or replaced. Noisy enough to not be able to run overnight. Overall a great stay. Would definitely book here again. On island contact was exceptional, had an issue with an electrical outlet and the got it corrected right away. Wonderful, convenient stay in Kauai

We loved our week long stay in this efficiency style condo near Kapaa! The room had everything we needed; comfy bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and basic kitchen utensils. Our balcony overlooked to pool area and had a view through to the ocean. The grounds of the Aston Islander are lovely, the pool and hot tub are well cleaned and maintained, and the pool bar serves excellent pina coladas! lovely grounds to come home to

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit showed some aging but we were quite satisfied given HI pricing. Although a car is preferred to see Kauai, there stores and restaurants within easy walking. Fabulous Kauai

We absolutely loved the location, close to Lava, Lava; right on the ocean ; near the pool, jacuzzi and bar- perfect!There were problems with the condo: noise from AC unit was almost unbearable especially on the balcony where we loved to sit. Bathroom fan made a terrible noise and the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Amazing Resort, Great Location, Unit 235 needs some maintenance.

Pros- Cute resort, decent pool, and beach access. There was a cute beachside restaurant and shopping center within easy walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Cons - It came up in many other reviews, but that air-conditioning unit. It is loud and is not working great. If you turn the AC off to enjoy the balcony, it gets hot in the unit. Then the AC struggles to cool it back down. Also, the beach chairs it said were provided are no longer operable, we didn`t use the cooler bag, but it had seen better days, and the beach towels worked but are towards the end of life. Recommendation to the owner – Invest in fixing the AC and replace the chairs and beach towels. Increase the rent to cover the short-term investment and you will likely make more money in the long term. Recommendations for the traveler - There are a few resorts along this strip. All look nice with varying types of travelers they could cater to. This resort seemed to cater to middle-aged to retirees. There were pool parties throughout the day, and the BBQ was used multiple nights for group dinners. Everyone was nice and friendly. The parties never got loud or out of hand, and things quieted by sunset each day. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
