Great stay! Honestly we were more about being out and about exploring the island every day, so we were not in the room much, but it was a beautiful location!

Amazing trip. Room was very clean and comfortable. Manager made sure everything was perfect. We even got married. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect location on the East side…we can easily travel North or South in less than 1 hour. We were out every day so the discomforts that we experienced were only during the evenings. Our room has been updated so it was very comfortable. The room was clean and the air conditioning was a welcome every time we return to the room…from our balcony we can see the ocean but it was far away and we had to walk to the back of the property to see the sunrise. Crystal was quick to respond to our questions. For this stay, we could not access the TV internet at all and a couple of the pillow smells like it hasn’t been changed. We just didn’t watch TV and used the other pillows…Because it is an older resort, be aware that walls are thin…you can hear every screaming child running down the hall and constant slamming doors from 7-10pm…along with the planes flying overhead.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and right on the ocean. Surf is rough but still can enjoy being on beach. If not, they have an amazing pool with waterfalls and water slides. They even have a salt water pool with sand. Restaurants onsite. Just a beautiful property and our stay was great. We hated to leave so soon. Didn’t get to enjoy as much as we wanted at the property.

We loved staying at this oceanfront resort with beautiful grounds, pools, and very friendly staff. It was a great central location to explore Kauai.

The room was exactly as advertised and we loved the view. Because of the hotel renovation, navigation to the room was challenging. However, we were able to find shortcuts to parking and rarely had to do the up and over that was required to get to the front desk. We had a small complication with the television that our host was able to resolve. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great and communication with our host was excellent all in all an excellent experience and we would be happy to book again.

I loved the view from the room and it was pretty clean. It was a little confusing with the private unit inside a resort. Didn’t know we had to request house keeping and take out our own trash but that was no big deal. Biggest complaint on this stay was the door, you had to use a lot of strength to open and close it. Other than that it was great

Wonderful place at a wonderful resort

We have stayed here previously and knew we would enjoy it. The room was great and the property as nice as our earlier visit. The host was excellent with communication whenever needed.

Great deal at a beautiful property!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had access to all the amenities like regular hotel guests, but for a significantly lower rate!

Everything was perfect, only downfall was construction and remodeling of the restaurants and the resort itsself is outdated, wifi wss out a few times. But room was clean and check in and check out was easy

Great Location

Enjoyed the property and private beach, pool and pool bar was very good. On site restaurant food was tasty, little expensive but not surprising at a resort. Had a couple things pop up that needed attention and property manager and resort was right on top of it. I would for sure stay here again!

Staff was nice. Room was clean, a broom in the closet was really helpful because of sand. The air conditioning was light. No heat. Microwave was one floor and some hallway away from room. No fans or bathroom fans. Cool balcony and could see ocean.

Short stay for work

We had a short stay for work on Kauai. It is conveniently located by the airport at to Kapa’a. The entire property is old and needs repairs.
