Nothing says vacation like lounging in a hot tub and enjoying the soothing jets while listening to the crash of the waves yards away. Two levels of decks and a private walkway welcome you to your oceanfront vacation. Everyone gets the outdoor experience they want with both covered and open areas. The sun worshippers can catch some rays on the top, open deck, and the sun-avoiders can read, take advantage of the WiFi or enjoy the views from the covered bottom deck. Your private boardwalk features built-in seating, perfect for reading a few pages of your book, enjoying the ocean breeze, or people-watching.

Wood floors, tall ceilings, and recessed lighting punctuate a cheerful living room. A large sectional and two separate chairs offer plenty of room for the whole family to hang out together, either discussing the day's events or watching a movie or TV show together on the TV with a DVD. The hot tub is located just outside on the upper deck. A dining table offers a lovely window view of the beach and sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. A unique coffee table in the living area has four slide-out seats for little ones. The family chef will be delighted with the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and a cooling ceiling fan.

The main bedroom offers delightful views of the beach and ocean, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a fireplace. The primary bath boasts a jetted tub and a shower with water jets everywhere. On the lower level, a second main bedroom features a full tile bath with dual sinks, a rattan bedroom set, private sliding door access to the covered oceanfront deck, a ceiling fan, and a TV. A guest bedroom has sliding door access to the covered oceanfront terrace, ceiling fan, TV, and rattan bedroom set.

THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace in the primary bedroom is not operational.
The hot tub is closed from October 31st through the spring.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
