Even the family dog is free to come along - they'll love heading directly to the beach from the private access! Inside, you'll find a light, airy home with a roomy living room you'll enjoy relaxing in at the end of the day. The fully equipped kitchen boasts upscale stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create your favorite meals. Each bedroom has its own beach-inspired decor. Explore beyond the beach by visiting the Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center or Missiles and More Museum (each within 10 miles). You'll love escaping from it all, while still staying in the middle of everything!

North Topsail Beach Truck-Hauled Sand Project may be taking place at the beach near this property until May 1st, 2023.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Best Vacation Yet!

We've been coming to Surf City/Topsail beach for a few years now and this was the best place yet. I highly recommend it. You definitely get "what's in the picture" so to speak. Rain Sunday and Monday, but beautiful weather the remainder of the week. None of us wanted to leave. Thank You!

BEWARE

Cockroches in downstairs area. Had to wash our towels beause nothing in agreement for extras. Once washed they were full of sand. Washer not clean. Beds had sand in them. Doubt sheets were changed between guests. Futon was full of sand and dog hair. Dust clinging to wall upstairs. Screw heads elevated on lower deck could cause injury. Upper deck screw heads broken off exposing sharp point. And the craziest thing is house moves drastically when wind blows. Noticed quite a few bolt heads and nuts have rusted to the point of broken and missing underneath structure. I would not recommend your service or this house to anyone.

Nice week!

The house is as pictured and made our first trip to Topsail Island very enjoyable. Beautiful view from the deck and plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy. Kitchen is well supplied with everything we needed. The furniture is nice and the beds are comfy. I liked the location which s about 2 miles from the center of Surf City.

Great beach front home

We just spent a week at this home with 9 people, 4 generations ages 72-3 and everything was great. Plenty of space for everyone and never ran out of hot water when everyone was showering after our days at the beach. This home had tons of dishes/pans/utensils for the kitchen, a closet full of sand toys for kids, a game closet, books and DVDs. The beds were very comfortable, as well as extra blankets and pillows available. The deck had comfortable seating and a picnic table. It’s partially covered so if you want to sit out in the shade you have it, or you can sit in the sun. One extra benefit is the house currently sits at the end of a dead end street so not a lot of road traffic. Of course also a beautiful beach! We would most definitely rent this home again.

Great stay

Wonderful house in beautiful surroundings. The house lives up to the pictures. It is located right at beach. We met the owner who is great and even gave the kids some shark teeth. We saw dolphins and enjoyed every minute there. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful view, great home, good times!

The house was perfect for a week at the beach with family. Nicely decorated, super well appointed kitchen, very comfy couches and beds. Both decks are loaded with plenty of Adirondack chairs for soaking up the sun and the beautiful beach views. There are lots of games and a large tv for the evenings or rainy days. We will be back again soon!

Comfortable Stay with Family

We had a lovely stay with my family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked and my children especially enjoyed the game closet! Everyone had a restful and nice week. Thank you

The Best!

This is our fourth year to Topsail, and this is the best house we have ever stayed in and the best Realtor we have had. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are very spacious and easy to clean. The house has everything you need! We are always going to stay here and will be back next summer!

Beach House

The entire family loved staying here! It is better than the pictures. Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen supplies (that includes an air fryer), and you cannot get closer to the beach than this house! We will definitely return to this wonderful home!

Awesome getaway home

Holiday Getaway

Our family spent Thanksgiving weekend at a home away from home. We came to Topsail in order to spend time with our son who is a Marine. This by far was the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. There was plenty of pots/pans and utensils to serve up a feast. The place was clean and the view was fantastic. Definitely five stars. We met the owner who personally cleared the stairs from the stairs and asked for feedback on our stay. I would visit again should the opportunity arise.

True oceanfront and sleeps well

Checkin was easy, clean upon arrival, lots of space, simple but well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a beach house.

Nice place but check in was unsatisfactory

We arrived in Topsail a little before 4pm after driving 3 hours with an older dog in the rain, when we received a call that our check in was delayed to 5:30 because the cleaning service was still there. I immediately called to complain that we had no where else to go for that 1.5 hours because it was raining and we had a dog with us. A second cleaning person arrived to help but we still had to wait until 5:45 on the covered deck, in the rain, before the place was available, and were offered only $50 for a dinner as a concession- still waiting to hear back regarding my complaint. Liked the place, would never use Vacasa again for booking based on this experience.
