Gorgeous house full of all amenities. Very easy check in and check out, and great communication before and doing our stay. He was our second time at the house and it won't be the last!Thank you John and Christine for making our stay so wonderful.

What a great place for the family to gather. There’s enough room for everyone to spend time together or do their own thing. John and Christine are outstanding host and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. Perfect location, great space to relax and enjoy our family, whether we were in the house, on the balcony or on the beach. Everything was so convenient and the hosts were amazing. Great communication and they wanted everything to be perfect for us. It was our first time to visit this beach and it did not disappoint. We will definitely come back.

Great location and beautiful view right on the beach. The home is fully stocked with anything you need to spend the day on the beach. Communication was excellent with host.

We were thrilled with the layout of the floor plan. The children LOVED the bunk room and the foosball table. We all enjoyed the large dining room and comfortable den with the ocean view. Our only recommendation would be that the bathrooms were not very clean and that was disappointing and had to be attended to before used.

We liked the location of this house being close to other things we like to do when we’re not sitting on the beach. The view from the upper deck is spectacular. And the host is easy to communicate with.

The bedroom air conditioning was low on refrigerant, and our technician was out for it the same day you told us. The faucet handle and the area around the outdoor shower are with our handyman and our manager. We would be glad to host your family again.

We stayed for a family vacation. Had plenty of room and really enjoyed the hot tub, huge deck, and beautiful beach. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Perfect for our two families to have a beautiful trip together. The house has a great layout and an amazing view with the beach outside about every window. We loved sitting outside on the back deck and walking steps to be on the beach. Beach toys, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels were a nice touch. We had everything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful and always responded promptly.

Place was clean and right on the beach. It is a little dated but well equipped, the host were very responsive and I would stay there again.

We found this amazing house to be in the perfect location south of the pier. The beach was not crowded around us which made for easy beach days. The house is better in person and was filled with anything you would need to enjoy your stay! I will highly recommend this house to any friends visiting the area. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your amazing home with us.

This beach house worked out perfect for our family get together! It was exactly how the pictures showed it. The view was amazing and everyone enjoyed sitting on the top deck to watch the ocean. Having the linens and bath towels & beach towels provided was a big help. It had a fully stocked kitchen and a big bonus for us was having a second refrigerator. It had plenty of beach chairs and beach toys too. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions and were very helpful. We all enjoyed our Topsail vacation!

Awesome place and we had a great time. Both owner and property manager were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Home had everything we were looking for and added to the great experience!

The house is great, clean and very well appointed with everything needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the snow storm. We completed a couple of their puzzles. Very relaxing getaway for my husband’s birthday!

Fantastic location and great, spacious house with everything you need, from cooking utensils to towels and lots of toys for kids. Communication was prompt and helpful. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!
