This affordable two-bedroom house in Santa Rosa Beach is an ideal choice for a relaxing retreat. The enclosed backyard is a great safe place for your dogs and kiddos to play and run around safely while you all hang out there. Be prepared to have plenty of fun in the sun! Or gather around the firepit at night for some storytelling time. There is a large front porch with a propane grill and a small table with two chairs, making it the ideal spot for warm-weather barbecues with your friends.

This colorful home includes updated living and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen space may be small, but the chef of the group will find everything they need to whip up tasty homemade meals and terrific snacks for the crew. The stackable washer/dryer will make it easy to do laundry during your stay.

When it comes to its location, this home is conveniently situated within walking distance of several dining options and over a mile from the beach. If you would like to try some fishing here, there are a handful of incredible charter companies, which include Grayton Girl Fishing Charters, Fish On Charters, or Dead Fish Charters. The Grayton Beach Hike & Bike Trail and Grayton Beach State Park are one and a half miles away for some outdoor entertainment.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
