**2 chairs & an umbrella rental included during 2026 season!! (March-October)**

This carriage house is located in the beautiful Preserve at Grayton community in Santa Rosa Beach. With the safety of a gated community & high-quality amenities, like 2 pools, this is the perfect getaway retreat! As you enter this cozy cottage, you will see the main living space. The sleeper sofa features a queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, and Coffee Pot! It is not a full kitchen but comes with enough essentials to gather together and enjoy our local favorite restaurants! Up the stairs, you will find your sleeping area featuring a King-sized bed with a private bathroom. This cozy cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway! In the evening sit out on the patio and enjoy the evening breeze. In addition, The Preserves offers a game room, tennis courts, pools, and so much more!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location where we could easily bike to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain for meals and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pools and ping pong table in the fitness center. The walk to the beach is long but pleasant because of the shaded boardwalk.

Gorgeous little house! It was so much more than any hotel could have offered. The upstairs bed was SO comfortable. Having the washer and dryer as well as a little dishwasher, it was just like home away from home, but cleaner. Lol They sofa bed mattress wasn’t great, but my brother said he slept fine.

The cottage is advertised as beside the house. It is behind, the codes provided for EVERYTHING were incorrect. We were told we could check-in early, went to property and couldn’t get the key lock box to open. So we called back no one answered we waited until 4pm, listed check-in time and it opened with a different code than the gentleman on the phone gave me. The unit itself is small but ok. There were quite a few dead bugs under bed and on floor. The pools are actually pretty small, lots of kids in pool throwing toys, and saying they were urinating in the pool. So we never went back to the pool. Walk to beach is quite long while carrying supplies. The beach was pretty. Everything in this gated community has a code you have to put in for access, even restrooms at pool. They are all different…. Ridiculous, so many people on the beach access didn’t know the code for the walkway. I would never recommend this property. The Preserve East and West, or Coco’s house on 42 Bentley Drive. We left 3 days early.

Excellent stay. Love this place. I thought I would miss a stove but the place is so nice, it’s easy to overlook. So private and exactly what I needed for a quick getaway. The private beach access was terrific but a long walk. Definitely will be back.

Peaceful and Quiet

Cozy

The entire stay was good. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach. There is a private walk way which was very nice. The two pools were nice when we didn’t want to walk to the beach.

Good stay

Very nice neighborhood directly across from beach. About a 5-7 min walk to beach. Pool access very close. Unit other than pull out bed was very very clean and smelled great. Would def rent again

July 4th week stay

Great for a couple . Plenty of space and close to seaside and Greyton . Only issue was the wifi was weak and could not make or receive any phone calls while in the unit . Other then that , Great stay !

Awesome Mom

This cottage is well appointed. The bedroom and master bath are excellent. The main living area is nice but very small. The sofa is very comfortable so this is okay for a couple who want to eat out for all meals. The major downside for us is that the only way to get to their private lives beach was a very long walk on a boardwalk and crossing 30-A. If you stay here bring your own beach chairs and umbrella so you can drive to a public beach.
