Beautiful home & convenient location, upon arrival we did have to buy toilet paper & paper towels because there was only 3 partial rolls for 4.5 bathrooms, AC wasn’t cooling so we checked the filters & both were 1/2” thick with dust. Broken toilet seat in front bathroom & sink sprayer in kitchen was broken. The last night of our 3 night stay we didn’t have hot water. All minor issues but maintenance needs to be stepped up a bit.

Location of house is perfect if you have friends or family to visit or if you are there to explore without staying in town. (In the actual city of New Orleans).

Great Place!

My family and I visit New Orleans every year to celebrate Mardi Gras (Krewes of Thoth & Tucks) & to visit our NOLA family. I booked this home as it accommodated my large family. Check in was simple and we were greeted with local snacks and TWO king cakes! The home was clean and everything appeared new. Definitely staying here again!
