Great proximity between Princeville and Poipu. No airport noise at all, ever. Super clean and convenient.

Great spot!

Great spot! Quiet, clean, and conveniently located. We would stay here again w/out thinking twice. Property is well maintained and host communication is quick, clear, and detailed.

The view from this condo is amazing. It was very windy for our entire stay so the beach was not swimmable. The condo did stay cool by leaving the sliding door and most windows open. The kitchen was well stocked, standard coffee maker. We didn’t cook, there are too many amazing restaurants and food trucks to try. Beach chairs, cooler and some kids beach toys are available. This condo is almost exactly 1/2 way between Waimea and Hanalei, which makes getting to everything easy. DON’T be in a hurry. Traffic is slow but just gives you time to soak in the views. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and place to hang out

We really enjoyed our time. The location is easy with access to walking paths, a good place to swim in the neighboring park and easy access to get around the island. The condo is well maintained, clean and it was very easy to settle in for a few days and call home during our vacation.

Beautiful escape

The condo was wonderfully located. Sunrise walks on the soft sandy beach right outside your door was amazing! Lydgate swimming area was perfect. Chad was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again

Kaha Lani is a beautiful peaceful well-maintained property perfectly located on the island. We enjoyed stunning views of the water and the sunrise from the lanai every morning. if you’re lucky as we were to be there for a full moon, you will have a beautiful view of the moon rising over the water. The condo was good, the view is amazing. But, for me, not as expected for the price. It’s small and priced at the high end. It has been updated but not completely. The small and large appliances are older and showing wear. Coffee maker must be replaced!The biggest issue is the condo needs a deep cleaning, not superficial. The floors were noticeably dirty and everything dusty. I was also disappointed there is no dresser nor any extra bed pillows. Overall for the price, there are other options on this property to perhaps consider as well. I do highly recommend Kahi Lani! Lydgate beach (runs the length of the property and beyond) offers swimming and snorkeling areas and is great for long walks on the beach. Be sure to explore all the island has to offer! We will be back!

This property was wonderful. It was quiet, easy to get to. Loved the views. Everything we needed.

Ww loved how we could get to the north beaches quick and a Poipu area. Close to airport!. The place was beautifully decorated. Loved having the beach chairs and towels. We even used the travel guide books!

Great location, well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is conveniently located and features a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the oceanfront view, quietness, and lanai. However, we felt that the cleanliness could be improved, especially considering the impact of humidity and salt on the property.

Short stay in Lihue

Great location for heading north or south on the island. Nice clean space to relax, and had a convenient public soccer field in the backyard, and quiet beach in the front yard. Would definitely return.

We’ve been to Kauai around 17 times. This is the best place we have stayed. Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. Everything we needed. We will be back!

Wonderful

Excellent rental, the best we’ve had in Kauai! Very well appointed condo close to north and south parts of the island. Nice beach out front with wonderful views. We saw whales and dolphins from the lanai.

Stunning location & property

The renovations were excellently done and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chad, our contact with the property was so responsive before our stay, giving great suggestions on activities and dining. Every morning, we had breakfast on the lanai and took in the amazing view. You wint be disappointed renting thus condo.

We had a great time. The view was incredible. The condo was comfortable. Management was responsive to a couple of small issues and they were resolved lightening fast! It was the trip of a lifetime and the accommodations were a BIG part of the memories made. Thank you!

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 30th anniversary and couldn’t be happier with this property! The ocean front view from the lanai was spectacular, and the unit was beautiful, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs and towels that were provided several times as we walked a short way down the beach to Lydgate Park. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon!!

Beautiful Location

We loved everything about the condo! It has the most spectacular view…feeling the ocean breeze and hearing the crashing waves was everything. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The rainfall shower was so delightful. The condo is in a complex that is very well maintained and quiet. We left a pieces of our hearts there and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good condo in an excellent location.

We were returning a a location we’ve visited many times after a gap of over ten years. This ocean front unit was in excellent condition (as were the ones we had stayed at in previous trips). There were issues with the linens and some confusion with the cleaner.

Relaxing beach getaway

The condo was very spacish, washer-drier in unit, and Ocean view with lounge chairs and seats. Lots of sandy beach to explore, 5 minute walk to swimmable water with lifeguard. Nice ocean sounds day and night. Premises well kept and short drive to coconut shopping area and other shopping/ restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and place was very relaxing.
