Our ocean front condo has been recently remodeled with all new furniture, kitchen appliances & countertops, Smart TV, window coverings and a new comfy king size bed. From inside our unit and from our lanai, we have a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach area, and beautiful Wailua Bay.
Lai Nani is considered the gem of Kauai’s East side or “the coconut coast”. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers, palms trees and spacious lawns. There is gated private parking, on-site laundry, adjacent to a swimmable beach, a large heated swimming pool, and walking distance to excellent restaurants and farmer's market twice a week. There is a protected ocean pool, (Keiki Pool) for children adjacent to the property. Lae Nani is located 10 minutes north of the Lihue airport, midway between Poipu and Hanalei, so its centrally located for exploring both sides of the Island. There is a bar height table outside on the lanai to enjoy your tropical cocktails andmeals while enjoying the soothing ocean waves. We provide boogie boards, beach towels, and ice chest for the use of our guests.
We have recently added bedroom air-conditioning.

We are retired educators and have raised 4 children.
We came to Hawaii when the kids were younger and were re-introduced to Kauai by friends who own a condo to the South. In 2010 we were excited to purchase and completely remodel unit 124.
We have appreciated Lae Nani immensely and when the opportunity arose to purchase this unit (423) we jumped at the chance to begin a new project!

After visiting Kauai, we decided that we would like to spend more time here and after checking out a number of properties, Lae Nani was hands down our favorite. We liked the location, the beautiful tropical landscaping that is impecably maintenaned and the friendly atmosphere.
We love that we can walk to a wide variety of restaurants and a newly revitalized Coconut Market place. They host a Farmers Market every Tuesday and Thursday, and a weekly Hawaiian Music and Dance.
Lae Nani is also located on the North-South Kapaa Bike/Multi use path which is so incredibly convenient. The views are sensational. Presently it is 7 miles long, with plans to become 17 miles.
