This spacious 4-bedroom luxury home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite features a stunning king four-poster bed and private en suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer plush king beds and share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom—ideal for couples or families. Bedroom 4 is perfect for kids or groups, featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed. With stylish furnishings, high-end finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout, this home is a serene Hilltop Heaven. Fully stocked kitchen with an extensive coffee bar and brand new appliances makes this an ideal chef's kitchen!

Keep an Eye Out for Teddy the Porcupine!
Every now and then, our local celebrity—Teddy the porcupine—pays a visit near the back of the property. Don’t worry, he’s more of a fuzzy introvert than a wild menace. Teddy’s been known to waddle up like he owns the place, just to let you know he's around. He keeps his distance, expects the same, and frankly thinks he's part of the HOA. If you spot him, feel free to wave (from afar). He’s friendly, just… you know, pointy.

Guests have access to entire house which includes - 4bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area, full kitchen, washer & dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet rural neighborhood. Neighbors on both sides of the house are full time residents, please remember to be respectful and neighborly while at the home.
Other Things to Note:
Features Description
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
• Party's/Events: Absolutely no parties of any kind. Additional fees will be charged if there are any signs of parties.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.
•Guests are not permitted to tamper with any pool equipment unless specifically noted in writing and if any tampering occurs without permission they will incur a fine of $600 or more. If any tampering occurs for hot tub equipment without permission they will also incur a fine of $300 or more.
• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers to the side of the house.
• Pets: Strictly no pets allowed. Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.
• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
• There is parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please DO NOT park on the street, as the road is very narrow.
• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.
