Sailbeach is located in the center of a beautiful natural white sandy beach. The fabulous turquoise waters can be enjoyed from the panoramic view in the main living area. Guests can enjoy the large upper deck, reclining on lounge chairs, with unobstructed view of the Bahamian gin clear waters. Your stay includes: beach cruiser bicycles, kayaks, SUP boards, fast WiFi, cable TV, central AC, large fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, linens, bath towels and beach towels.

Everything was above par, this has to be the absolute best hose to rent in Spanish Wells. A friend who lives there recommended it to us, and it was the perfect location, the home, beds facilities everything was immaculate, very well thought out, it had everything we needed and more. The local knowledge the owners provided was spot on as well.Wish we could have stayed longer.

Best Vacation Ever

We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house was immaculate, our host, Mark, was the best in every way you can imagine. We none wanted to leave and would go back in a heart beat!! Thank you, Mark, for your hospitality.

Sail Beach House is AMAZING

This was our third time in Spanish Wells. We love this island and the people. This house was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect location. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Sail Beach

Sail Beach was a great place to stay in Spanish Wells. House was clean and had all we needed. Excellent location on the beach which was great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Highly recommend it!!!

Everything was wonderful! Excellent location, the view is amazing, great beach, the house is well appointed with everything you need, and it’s immaculate. The owner is very responsive and everything is made easy with the thorough information provided. We loved it!

Beautiful Sailbeach!!

It truly is paradise!! Our family had the best time. Rent a golf cart…Take a charter with Captain Kid and Son and ask for Captain Norman…visit all the local restaurants AND Papa Scoops!!! You will LOVE this vacation and the house!

Thanksgiving in SW

The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. Our family had the best Thanksgiving vacation in Spanish Wells, thanks to this house! Mark was very responsive and provided every piece of information to make our vacation as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Beautiful place to stay on a beautiful laid-back island

We fully enjoyed our stay at Sail Beach. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated to be able to watch the tides rise and fall each day. We enjoyed cruising the island in the buggy, especially to get ice cream at Papa Scoops. Mark is the perfect host. We will be back!

Absolutely breath-taking! Everything from the view outside to the inside...perfectly decorated, very accommodating, all the comfort of home. The place is amazing, the beach is amazing! We loved everything! We definitely hope to return next year!

June 2024 at Sailbeach

Have been wanting to stay in this house for years and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The place is immaculate and looks brand new. The location is amazing and have some of the best views on the north beach. Lastly Mark was great to work with. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

This property was so beautiful and like a dream when we pulled up. The views on the water were like nothing ive ever experienced! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and some extra unexpected items too. The kyacks and paddle boards were a hit.Mark the host was so accommodating to all our needs. I created such relaxing, beautiful memories with my kids.

Top Notch Stay

This house is in top shape. We found everything working during our stay. Location is great. We were 7 but 10 could easily be accommodated. Communication with Staff and Owner was easy and information clearly received.

Absolutely PERFECT!

Such a great spot walked up and down the beach and did not see a better house! It’s adorable very cozy and has all the things you need for an easy stay! Mark was so easy to communicate with and was quick to respond! We loved the kayaks, paddle boards, and floats he had at the property! Really made for fun beach days! House is so well maintained and tons of info about local dinning was provided to help you get acclimated! Will totally be returning to this property 10/10 recommend!

Great stay in Spanish Wells

The house and neighborhood was great. Mark does a great job of keeping the house in tip top shape. Everything was functional. House was very comfortable and worked perfectly for a 4 night stay. We loved soaking in the ocean out the back, taking the golf carts out to the local restaurants and ice cream parlor. Would love to go back some time.

Perfection!

Sailbeach was the perfect location, had an amazing beach and sandbar. And the water....Amazing! The house was extremely clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect yet again

This is our second time staying at this house and everything about the place is perfect and Mark makes everything easy and detailed as can be. The only thing that needs to be added is a ladder for the sea wall but other than that it’s the best house on the island!!!!
