We were in town for a fishing trip with some clients. Everybody loved the house, especially the shuffleboard table and the pool. The house was clean and comfortable.

Bella Luna is amazing!

This place has it all! Lovely rooms, beautiful kitchen. Great place for a large group. The pool is just right for a group; not too big, not too small. Very close to the beach! Loved the balconies for an incredible view of the Gulf. Hope to rent this house and the house next door for our next family gathering.

House was nice ,location was great ,short walk to the beach my only complaint is that the fans didn’t work in the living room and some of the showers were not clean. But overall a great place to stay

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient to walk to and from the beach. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The many bedrooms and all being en suite worked very well. It’s a lovely home with the living area on the third floor and all bedrooms were on the first and second floors. We enjoyed the pool as well. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Overall the house spec's (ie Bed's and Bathrooms) and location was great. We had 4 families staying and each room having it's own ensuite was ideal. The location and access to the boardwalk made getting to and from the beach so easy. The large living area and kitchen was great for the amount of people staying, as well as the views from the balcony.The cleanliness of the house was under expectations. In one room were blueberries left on the floor, which one of our kids stepped on. On the balcony and living area was candy that appeared to have melted. The pool and back patio area was dirty; not just with sand (which is to be expected), but dirt and debris. The grill was pretty filthy as well and a knife was left on the back patio bar.Last bit of feedback, all the doors in/out of the house had issues. The doors into the house from the side, and from the living room to the balcony wouldn't stay shut without being locked. This made it annoying when people wanted to be on the balcony, but couldn't keep the door shut without using a chair or locking it from inside. Also both doors to the balcony on the second floor didn't work. Neither door could be opened so the 2nd story balance was never able to be used.Overall, great setup for large families and great location. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues should be addressed.

Close to beach

Overall really enjoyed the stay. Views of the beach. Well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms were nice but many lacked a place for clothes. Short walk to beach. Trip hazard on board walk. One person fell. Pool was a plus. Quick response when we reached out for concerns on property. Would definitely return.

Loved the third floor living area

We stayed Thursday thru Tuesday. House accommodated our family well. We love the top floor- we all hung out there. The only thing I did not like was that the swimming pool was not attached to the house. We had to go outside and walk around. Also “beachfront” made me think we had a house directly on the beach. Very helpful service people.

Beautiful house but communication could be a lot better.

The house was behind beautiful and the location was perfect! Now there was a few things that were a little bothersome. The trash cans were half way full so they were overflowing when we needed to throw our trash. We attempted to rent the go cart but the property manager never assisted us with getting the keys. The fridge does take 24 hours to get cool so that was a little challenging if you’re there for 2 full days. But we loved the pool and the common area because all of us got to enjoy each others company with the amount of space. And the beach is walking distance!

Lovely home - communication poor with property mgmt

Great house, lots of stairs since the kitchen and family are is on the 3rd. We had no cable/internet service our ENTIRE 3-night stay. Called several times about it but nothing got resolved - so no TV for the men in the group wanting to watch golf or news. There were several coffeemakers in the pantry but not a single one had a carafe to make it in. Guest services did bring a new coffeemaker the next morning. We still had a great time regardless.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was amazing, just right for large groups. Beds clean, floors were swept, but could have used a good mopping. Kitchen worked well, plenty of cookware and dishes. Door locks and latches on all balcony doors need to be repaired. Plant of outdoor seating around decks and pool. The grill was a huge disappointment, dirty and not adequate to grill a steak or burger as temperature didn't reach a decent temperature. Just a short walk to the beach, and the view was amazing. Internet service was hit or miss, not all cable boxes worked, hope they get that resolved for the next guests. Overall great stay though, worth the money if you have a large group.

Great location- but would not recommend

We loved the location that was close to the beach. The house had enough bedrooms/ baths for all the couples and teenagers. The younger kids enjoyed being together in the bunk room. The 3rd floor common room was great. I would not recommend the house unless a few things were corrected. All the vents and outside 3rd floor balcony were covered in black mold. There was also a large grease stain on the third floor balcony and railing. Another issue was the cockroaches. We found dead cockroaches that should have been removed by the cleaning crew. After seeing a few cockroaches here and there , a cockroach fell from a ceiling vent and landed on our son in law. GrossThere was many maintenance and cleaning that was not done which resulted in a disappointing experience.

Great house for large group but had problems

We loved this house for our family reunion. Lots of rooms, lots of bathrooms, shuffle board table and huge dining tables were awesome. The kids loved the pool and we all loved how close we were to the beach - each walk even for us old folks. However, we did have some issues. For instance, only 2 burners worked on the stove; we only had 2 dishtowels (for 18 of us for 5 days!); the fans in the living room area didn't work even though we bought batteries for the remotes; all three grills in the pool area were filthy and corroded and completely unusable and the entire bar area was filthy; one of the bedroom doors on the 2nd floor that goes out onto the balcony would not open at all; AC couldn't be adjusted and several rooms didn't have any; there's a golf cart in the garage (rentable) that took up one of our parking spaces; the refrigerator in the garage doesn't seal and leaked all over the garage floor so we had to wash it out; and the water pressure was nill to nothing. Again, the house itself is wonderful but it definitely needs some maintenance work. We were disappointed because, for the price we paid, we were at least expected everything to be in good working order!

Nice property, great location, poorly managed

Nice house with a beach view. Large enough for our group of 10 adults and 3 toddlers. Most of the exterior doors were broken and would not latch without engaging the deadbolt. Zero communication through Vrbo. I had to call customer service a few times to be put in touch with the property manager. Inquiries placed though the Vrbo app were left unanswered. We had a good time but not sure if we would stay here again however it’s hard to find properties with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so close to the beach.

Great house

Perfect family beach house

Bella Vista is so much prettier in person, it's the perfect location! Done issues were a few doors didn't open and the washer didn't work but we still enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, but...

We enjoyed the property overall, and were happy with our decision. However, there are some things that need maintenance - the BBQ grill doesn't work very well (it's worn out), the oven vent doesn't work, an outside door was stuck (we reported it and nothing was done while we were there), only towels were offered (that is, no kitchen towels or bathroom hand towels or wash clothes), etc. We found the management company to be friendly, but they didn't really do anything - like respond to our messages or phone calls. The location is great and we enjoyed the balconies, game tables, and pool. We probably won't choose it again, but mostly because of the management company.

Poor check in

Staff at check in wee clueless. Gave us a code to open the door and then when we got there, we needed a physical key. A maintenance person was here and said that I had to drive back to get the keys.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very nice, and spacious enough for several families. The large kitchen and dining room area was great for get-togethers. It is not "beachfront" as the title implies. It's across the street and down the block and very close to the beach, but it's not beachfront by any means. A few things were broken, including the ceiling fans and BBQ. A repairman came over, but was unable to repair things. No one else returned, and the office stopped responding to requests for service. The house was very clean, and a convenient walk or drive into the town.
