Communication was excellent. Everything we needed was provided. Furniture was comfy and could accommodate 6 people There was even a resident deer family in the yard to keep us entertained. Central location and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend

Cozy, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the host was very attentive and responsive. Would stay again and recommend to a friend.

House was lovely and exceptionally clean. Host was accessible, friendly, helpful and accommodating for our family and pets. Appreciated all of their little touches throughout the house, including snacks, coffee, water, etc., that made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, inviting, homey, affordable. Host Shannon put together a very nice welcome packet. We tried a couple recommendations and were spot on.

The beds were very comfy, so nice to be able to bring our doggies with us. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. I would only recommend adding some steak knives since we eat a lot of steak We were close to everything, as well as being close to my daughter and grandkids. They even spent the night one night. The dogs loved going out back first thing in the morning to the fenced-in backyard. One of the best things that I really appreciated was the quiet neighborhood. I didn't hear anything during the night and I'm a light sleeper.

Comfortable Stay Close to Everything

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, entertainment, and the highway. It was a relief to have a vacation rental that has blackout curtains so your sleep isn't disturbed by street lights or early sunshine. Meal prep was easy since cookware and cooking utensils were available and there were plenty of plates/bowls/cups/eating utensils. We appreciated a toaster being on hand and a K-cups machine as well as a drip coffee machine.We'd definitely recommend the cottage for travelers seeking comfortable accommodations that are close to everything Raleigh has to offer.

We have stayed at other places that were not as accommadating as here. We felt like we were at home. The house was very clean, the beds and furniture very comfortable, and modern appliances. No problem with electronics. The 50 inch TV was 4k with Roku. Very nice quiet neighborhood . What is special is the occasional deer in the yard. We were privledged to see a doe and her fawn. Very convenient to small shopping center with a Food Lion, nice Pizza restaurant, ice cream shop, and other local shops. Shannon is a great host. We arrived after dark and she had the lights on for us - but this is no Hotel 6. When we come to Raleigh this will be our go to place.

Harold was such a wonderful guest! He was friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to communicate with from beginning to end. He took great care of our home, and it was clear that he truly appreciated the little things that make a stay comfortable. I was especially happy to hear how much he enjoyed the neighborhood and the house. Harold would be welcome back anytime, and I would highly recommend him to other hosts!
