It's a perfect vacation recipe in this bright, 3-bedroom home. Our local property manager is always a phone call away. They will check in on you and can answer any questions, give restaurant recommendations, point you in the right direction for the shopping outing, Etc.

If you encounter a summer shower, how about a movie on the overstuffed sectional and wide-screen TV or a BBQ on the covered patio? There is an extra propane bottle in case one goes empty during dinner.

Prepare a meal in the gourmet eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a big breakfast bar if your guests overflow the kitchen, head to the dining area just off the kitchen w/ additional seating space.

The back patio is an entertainer's dream! Serve your guests drinks quickly with the outdoor wet bar. Relax on the couch while others play corn hole. Sitting outside with two 60-inch outdoor fans in the 14-foot cathedral ceilings is always excellent.

Two bedrooms are on the front side of the home, with the primary bedroom in the back. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a silver chill mattress to keep you cool on those hot summer days. The walk-in closet leaves plenty of space for your belongings.

The primary bathroom has a spa-like two-person walk-in shower with travertine tile, frameless glass doors, and a vanity with double sinks & granite counters.

The bunk room features two full-sized mattresses & two twin memory foam beds. A second full bathroom is just across the hallway and features a travertine tile surround with a shower/tub combo.

The queen bedroom is spacious and features a flat-screen TV.

You have full access to the community pool as well! (Opens early April)
