Affordable Fun in the Sun - in the Heart of Destin

What more could you want for an ideal vacation? World famous white sand beaches, beautiful emerald water, comfortable and cozy accommodations, shopping, world class restaurants, and more! You get all of this and more when you stay in our 'Slice of Heaven.' Just park at your door and head into your comfortably appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse. Avoid all those high-rise headaches, no roads to cross, no elevators, no lobbies, no waiting - you are on your own time because Southbay is a community of privately owned townhomes. Our 'home away from home' has 1300 square feet and comes fully furnished with all the comforts you could wish for. Some of the amenities include central air conditioning, 1080p cable TV in living room and TVs in ALL bedrooms, Blu ray/DVD, Stereo system, internet access and a full size washer and dryer in the home. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and more. A plush king size bed, private master bath and walk in closet awaits you in the master bedroom. The townhome sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Bedroom two features a queen sized memory foam mattress that feels like your sleeping on a cloud. The third bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of closet space.
On the grounds of Southbay all guests can enjoy swimming in one of the 2 adult pools (1 heated) or 2 kiddie pools. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a fresh water 5 acre lake that you can fish in. Destin's emerald coast white sand beaches are a very short walk away from your front door through the lush Southbay grounds - No roads to cross. And our own special free bonus - complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach! (includes two beach chairs and 1 umbrella) Our townhome is located in the heart of Destin near all the after beach attractions you could want. Dozens of restaurants are nearby to satisfy all discerning appetites. Attractions just minutes away include, Harbor Walk, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna Water Park, Destin Commons, Regatta Bay Golf Club, and Baytowne Wharf. It's all here waiting for you to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay. If there was a problem the host took care of it right away. Nice little walk to beach and right across from pool. Walking distance to shopping and ice cream. Area was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, the house was spotless, and it had everything we needed. Pancho was easy to reach and make the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

It was nice, clean & very cozy. Felt like home away from home. If you have babies or toddlers, I recommend bringing a baby gate like we did for the stairs. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from this specific unit. Easy to get to & a beautiful walk. Overall it was Great. Walmart is 9 minutes away. Starbucks & Fudpuckers is 5 minutes away. The souvenir shops are walking distance too. Everything close range.

Condo was very clean and nice! The kitchen had everything I needed to make our meals. Our kiddos loved playing on the back patio and eating our lunches out there. The pool was right across the parking lot and the walk to the beach was 8-10 minutes. We had an issue with the door not locking but I contacted the host and maintenance came to fix it quickly.

Great place and convenience

It was a great place, easy to book from start to finish, beautiful property and easy walk to the beach. We loved the turtles in the lake!! Five star across the board!

Perfect Spot

Few min walk to the beach( an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for you). Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Place is very clean and well maintained. It is a home away from home.

Great location

Will return!

Excellent property to stay at! Close walking distance to the beach. Pool across the unit. All the bedrooms were upstairs which is great but was a little hot for sleeping. Will stay again when we return to Destin!

Great stay for Destin

Great place for our family of seven. Everything we needed was present and the beach is only a 5 min walk thru the complex. Property manager was great and communication was top notch.
