The South St. Vrain Creek runs through the property with a bridge and a fishing dock directly over the water for relaxing or fishing or enjoying the crisp mountain water. For nightlife travel 30 minutes east and arrive in the exciting city of Boulder, 35 minutes south and arrive at the Gambling cities of Blackhawk/Central City, or travel over the Peak to Peak Highway--nationally designated a Scenic Byway and stop at Estes Park for shopping, dining, entertainment and Rocky Mountain National Park.
