The house was great for our large group! Beds were all comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out in the living areas both upstairs and down. The pool was great - although we should have had it heated for this late in the season! Location was great as well - we walked to the beach, to get coffee and to Harris Teeter!

Lovely home with pool and lots of space. Pool needs some work with loose bricks but otherwise in great shape. Good experience!

House was perfect for our family and the host was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property. Loved the location. This is the perfect home for a large extended family.

Great Family Trip

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Great open living spaces on main floor for our family to hangout; upstairs space was perfect for our teenagers.

The house was clean, had plenty of room and pet friendly. After that there were several PROBLEMS. 2 of the ceiling fire alarms had been REMOVED completely. The water pressure was very LOW so toilets took a long time to fill and showers were difficult and you had to shower 1 at a time, hard with a large group. The WIFI was spotty at best and very unreliable, tough for a few of us checking in to work. The outdoor fence was falling over and neither of the exterior gate doors closed-one was broken and falling off. It rained our first day and the roof in the first floor dining area was leaking.Cabinets and handles were broken in the kitchen and bathrooms. First floor bath had a repair patch around toilet paper holder and a patch by the shower with MOLD growing. Many of the bathroom items were rusted and gross. Most of the landscaping was dead and the outdoor lighting was broken. The overall assessment of the property is that it needs repair and care. The pictures online are not accurate and were possibly taken in 2020 when the property was remodeled? The arcade games were a big hit though:) Over all we will not rent this property again.

We have 10 working smoke alarms in the property. Some of the hard-wired ones malfunctioned, so we took them off. We have since had the drywall repaired in all the rooms and those areas in ceiling covered up where the old detectors were located. We have a new fire extinguisher. There is no mold in the home. Vrbo conducted a safety review based on this review and found the home to be in compliance with their regulations. I believe the weather was rainy all week for this guest and they were upset which prompted the poor review.

The location is perfect. The food is amazing. There were some hiccups, but the manager was very helpful.

We generously refunded this guest for the minor issues they encountered during their stay. None of it was was too inconvenient and everyting was resolved quickly.

Wonderful stay!

What a great week in isle of palms! This home is perfect for a family gathering. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend this rental.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We came during pollen season and the pool was so full of pollen. I think because of the heavy amount of trees over the pool, there should’ve been somebody every day cleaning it. At one point the heater shut off and the pool became cold. We paid a lot of money to keep it heated. I think the house really needs all new bedding as there are a lot of stains. Just didn’t feel very fresh. We appreciated the large amount of space. There were ample bedrooms for our group.

We are sorry you had a bad experience at our rental home. Unfortunately for about 1 week per year, the oak pollen here is bad and cannot be controlled. Mother nature drops millions of pods here covering the decks and pools all over the island. The pool company came on Saturday and I came and cleaned two days later. There isn't much we can do about it. Our linens are professionally laundered off site and replaced after each rental. I will check with them to see what stains you are referring to and replace any comforters with extras we have on site.

The house was great, however is was definitely used for parties is the past. A lot of the applicances are in poor condition and the closet in the master bathroom smells like someone was smoking. Seems like a simple fix for the owners to take care of.

Thank you for the feedback. We had 1 guest break our house rules recently and had smoked inside the home. We have a Hepa filter running 24-7 to clear up the closet smell. All of the appliances are in good working order. It is just the dryer in the laundry room that is older, but dries clothing well. We have a brand new refrigerator downstairs in the outdoor kitchen.

Great property for a two family week trip. Plenty of room and very close to beach!

I would recommend this property to anyone. There is only a peekaboo view of the ocean from the rooftop but you can hear the ocean and you are a block or so away. Beautiful Home1

Perfect location

The location was a short walk to the beach. Not crowded. The house was great for our family of 13. Kids enjoyed the pool and the video golf game. We had a few issues and John came right away and handled everything. He was great to work with. Replied right away to our text. Our week stay there was wonderful.
