Good, but not great.

The cabin was nice, but it definitely needs some repairs, the hot tub nearly works as the controls are broken to it (but it was warm). It’s advertised as pet friendly but be AWARE. There are very few spots to let your dogs use the bathroom.The property defiantly could’ve been cleaner. The surfaces were clean to the eye but upon deeper looks they were pretty dirty and overlooked. I found some sort of animal feces under the bed, it was very dry and had obviously been there for quite awhile.It’s troubling that I had to pay 250 for both a cleaning and a Pet fee. And was subjected to this. ( I have requested a refund on these fees) If these issues are fixed this would be a great place to stay. As of right now, if there are other options close by I would choose them

Cute Cabin

Loved the cabin for a birthday getaway. Very cozy and fun for my husband and I. The bedroom fireplace didn’t work, no biggie too us. The only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. Just dusty and vents don’t look like they have been cleaned in months. We bought at new filter and installed it. The only reason I’m even saying anything is because I have lung cancer so clean air is very important to me. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

Winter Get Away

Great time at the property. Watching the snow from the warmth of the comfortable living room was very relaxing. We will definitely be back very soon.

Last minute quick trip

Only two issues - thought the total cost shown when request to book included the pet fee....however it did not. Then when we got there, the hot tub was full of clean, warm water but there was debris/dirt in the bottom so while that was one item we had definitely wanted, it was not usable

Awesome

We had a wonderful stay. They provided everything that we needed and more. They had a crockpot (which is what we were needing after a long day of hiking) and had what looked like a new outdoor gas grill, which we used and it worked great. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us and making our vacation stay the best experience!

Me and my family spemd Thanksgiving weekend 2024 Location of the cabin is just perfect 8 min drive to Pigeon Forge 12 min to Severville, You are in the middle of the forest on the side of the mountain, Anything You may need is there Extremely clean , Dan the host very responsive and patient, Great place for kids

Wonderful, relaxing cabin!!

We loved this cute, relaxing cabin!! It was just as described. Very quiet and peaceful, even with other cabins close by. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck while having coffee and enjoying the mountain air. The cabin was clean and just what we were looking for! Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back in the future! in

Great cabin!

The cabin itself was VERY clean, I usually do a good “once over” of the bathrooms and linens before we unpack, and everything down to the jetted tub was very clean and smelled nice. Check in was very simple, all the codes worked for us without issue and we had no issue with electronics/appliances inside the cabin. Would love to stay again!

Too hot to handle

I waited at least 3 months to leave a review as I wanted to collect my thoughts, from our stay not write something out spite in the “heat” of the moment. Cabin AC unit was not working properly prior to arriving and during our 5 day stay. I met the property manager when we arrived and he informed me. So using the upstairs part of our cabin at anytime was unbearable the downstairs was ok by midnight each night. Master bedroom stayed cool. I made several attempts to reach out to VBRO to remedy the situation as Dan really didn’t seem to have any answers or solution. Kinda like everyone just said we got our money ..sorry for your luck kinda attitude. No compensation or even apology were ever offered. Outside grill was really rusty on the outside and hot tub wasn’t in good shape but it worked. Based on other reviewers I expect that the property manager will now attack me for what I have said as he has done to others. It’s ok I have pics of everything including conversations if needed.

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I just got back from a nice extended weekend at this cute little cabin. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. The pool table provided some entertainment and the back deck was a great place to enjoy the mountain air with a cup of coffee. The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

Jeep invasion

the location was great and the house was very nice and the host was quick to answer questions but there are a few things that need to be updated the outside hot tub did not work as well as it should not all of jets working and the lights in the tub did not work at all and someone had been working on the hot tub and left the side panel open but it was very clean and was very warm just missing all the bubbles and the front porch is nice and large but no chair or swing to sit on and the grill looked great on the out side it even has 2 bottles of gas for cooking but the inside of the grill has rusted out and it would not start but the inside stove works great the house was nice and tidy but the base board are very dusty and the upstairs loft had some spiderwebs and pool table was missing a ball but again we still had a great time the only thing that was a very big disappointment was the lack of no ESPEN channels and that meant NO FOOTBALL so be aware if you like sports they do not have and sports channels at all but in all we had a grate time and we would love to book this house again we will just be more prepared

Bear Crossing stay

Cabin was all the listing described. Somewhat off the beaten path to enjoy the mountains (and the bear we saw!), but still not too far from the parkway and all the restaurants.

Honeymoon stay!

My husband and I chose this cabin for our honeymoon! It did not disappoint! Communication was great! He got right to us right away when booking the cabin! Everything was clean and very homey! My husband loved the pool table which I found out I really suck at. 😂 the hot tub had to be my favorite. We did go to the pool one day but did not take up the mini golf. My best part was having the best nights rest in the huge king size bed! I will definitely be booking again. ❤️

Beautiful cabin, very clean, listing of cabin accurate. Location was awesome not far from main strip , yet very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely book again and highly recommend this cabin.

Nice Mountain getaway

We enjoyed all the amenities, from the pool table, hot tub on the deck, putt putt golfing, hiking etc. The cabin is beautiful, bed was comfortable, Everything was great! When I was washing one of the coffee mugs it slipped out of my hands and broke. I feel bad about that. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect home away from home

My family truly enjoyed our stay, including our dog! It was a great location; 12 minutes to Pigeon Forge and around 20 minutes to Gatlinburg! The house had everything we needed, I especially loved that it had a washer and dryer! ( traveling with 2 young boys) The host, Dan, was very easy to get ahold of and was very pleasant to speak with. The host has no control over this, but in case anyone else will be traveling with their dog.. The only thing that we had trouble with was an area for our dog to use the restroom. There is a small section of bushes with wood chips, but our pup preferred to have a grass area, so we had to walk a bit up or down hill to get to one. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
