Great location, super clean, wonderful communication with host...all things that make a stay perfect! We loved paddleboarding right from the house and enjoyed our visit to the state park and several restaurants just down the road.

We had a wonderful stay on the canal. Beautiful little home with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and well supplied. The area is nice and quiet for evenings sitting outside. Several good restaurants are nearby. We will definitely book this again!

House was clean and just as described, with great access to the springs, restaurants, the gulf and grocery stores. Would highly recommend and bring your boat!

I travel often and this is one of the cleanest, homiest places I have ever stayed and I am very particular about my homes away from home. Being from the area I can confidently say that this rental is top notch, location is perfect! I was so in love with the remodel and design choice! It is beautiful from top to bottom!

Home was clean and a great location. Grocery store nearby, along with many restaurants. Brought our boat and enjoyed being able to dock at home and easily access spring or Gulf.

We had a great stay in this beautiful, clean home. Host was very responsive and check in and check out was easy! definitely a wonderful experience and will be coming back again!

Our stay exceeded our expectations ..beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, home towels, beach towels few games washer/dryer etc. I have a 25’ tritoon boat and had no problems navigating and docking at the home literally 5 minutes to springs.

We had a great week!!! We used kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and saw lots of manatees, fish, birds and even an otter!!Great house, the beds were very comfy!!!

We stayed for a week, the house was very clean. And the beds were so comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodated us on staying an extra day. 3 paddle boards a great size yard. We come to homasassa and at least once a year. And will be looking into this house again

My family had a wonderful time staying at this cozy property. We spent four days paddle boarding to the spring, manatee watching and fishing, and one day at Pine Island Beach. The four seasons room was a nice hangout to still feel like we were outside when it was cold a couple days. The home was very clean and seemed very recently renovated. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything you would need to cook any meal with the only pan missing being a flat sheet pan. There were plenty of blankets, towels ect when we curled up on the couch and played the many games and watch movies. A fire pit would have been nice for those cooler days but there was a fire ban anyways so likely couldnt use it. Marguerita Grill was fun and close and also recommended the Freezer. The restaurant by Monkey Island had a great view. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.
