Our family had wonderful time.Place is spacious, every room ,organized and we see some updates.Looks really nice,we had everything we needed and we loved location ,close to beach and the Downtown,also for walking our dogs.Hot tub was ready and felt great,but we were so busy we didn’t use it.Our host Bob was very nice and communicative.Thank you we might come back Jana and family

We're so grateful for our time in the beautiful Arlington Park neighborhood at Bob & Bonnie's place. We enjoyed the backyard which is a calm oasis, the huge park for walking our dog just a block away, and all of the other nearby conveniences. The comfortable furniture and well-appointed furnishings made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality, Bonnie & Bob, for the last-minute booking accommodation, and for the ease of communications. The house is comfortable a spacious, our family of 6 was happy here. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen could use a few more items to be more well appointed, but we still had what we needed and cooked a few meals. Great stay overall!

Absolutely Amazing

We had an excellent stay!! This place was amazing even though the hot tub wasn’t working at the time! I would highly recommend this place to others!

This is a very well maintained home in a quiet part of town close to everything you want to see in Sarasota. The property manager's attention to detail allows you to truly enjoy the home and your vacation.

vacation retreat

This home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to the nearby attractions we wished to visit. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and tidy. We were able to stay cool and relax in the hot tub as well as play games, eat meals, do laundry, watch our favorite shows and rest. We are happy with our choice!

Sarasota work trip

Our company had a project in town. We stayed for a week. the property was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Neighborhood was very nice. BBQ grill was a plus.

Arlington Park home

We had a wonderful stay. We had our grandkids with us and it was perfect as the kids and grandkids bedrooms were on one side of the house and we grandparents on the other! We loved the spacious kitchen and living and dining areas and especially the “Florida room”. Bob was a wonderful host and responded quickly to remedy a minor repair we needed. Convenient location as well in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Overall, a great home!

Here is an abbreviated list of our issues:- One of the screens was broken on the porch. Issue was never addressed. Couldn’t sit outside without getting bitten up.- Ice maker was barely working and freezer wasn’t getting cold enough to freeze. Wouldn’t maintain frozen ice. New fridge was ordered, couldn’t be installed until the end/after our stay.- Hot tub was empty and dirty. Technician came Monday to clean and fill it, then it broke again Wednesday. Only got to use it 2/7 nights.- Tiles fell off the wall of the shower while someone was using it. Handyman came Monday to remove more tiles and cover walls in plastic as a temporary fix.- Smart dryer had a bad sensor. Issue was never addressedAt the end of our stay, I requested a partial refund of 30% which is fair for all of the stress caused and amenities we couldn’t use. We were offered 10% and declined it, but it was processed anyways. We have now been going ring around with both VRBO and the owners. They keep stating that the issues were fixed but after our stay. They are also stating we had more than the allotted # of people allowed, though the city ordinance says 2 adults per room which we complied with.I will absolutely not be back to the property. It is apparent that no one came by and checked the property before check in. While I appreciate the property manager’s responsiveness and getting some things fixed or checked, it was not a stress free vacation or relaxing.
