We loved our stay here! The pool and hot tub were so nice to come back to after full days exploring both parks. The house was a great size for our group and had all of the amenities that we needed.

Absolutely beautiful. House is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed a day spent in the pool and hot tub with dinner on the outdoor patio and star gazing after sun set. Perfect ending to a great trip!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay here. We LOVED the outdoor space especially the pool and hot tub. Very clean and comfortable. Also convenient to have a market right at the end of the street. Long curvy drive up the mountain to Sequoia but also so very worth it. Loved our stay!

A great house with all the necessities to relax and enjoy the rest of the day after Sequoia. The house is very clean, has everything you need including some cooking spices i didn't know exist. 2 grills, coffee maker and a french press lol.I highly recommend the place.

This place is a hidden gem! Our family loved this home and coming back after a day of exploring to swim in the pool! The backyard is like a private oasis and perfect after hiking in the heat! Close to the market and lots of food options. The inside of the house was just as nice and cozy! So glad we found this place- would definitely return!

My family and I loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, and comfy! Pam was super responsive and everything was just as advertised. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting the parks and the pool was the perfect thing to do after long hikes! Our boys (11 years old) loved it as well! We were all sad to leave - highly recommend this home!

We love staying here! Backyard is awesome and the house is within walking distance from convenience store and dinner spots! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is very close to a small grocery store and restaurants. The park entrance to Sequoia is a few minutes up the road. The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable each having its own bathroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The hosts were responsive. We had an excellent stay!

This gorgeous home was so fun and welcoming it was hard to leave and explore the park! Very well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms (one for each couple in our group) and just visually stunning decor and art. Super convenient for access to Sequoia, a town market, coffee shop, eateries etc… we thought the patio was fabulous and spent most of our free time there, poolside enjoying the birds and other wildlife along with blooming fragrant flowers. Our group all agreed it would be a great place to just hang out for a staycation! Our hosts were very responsive, and offered up some good food recommendations as well.

Overall good experience. location was beautiful, host was very responsive. You could not ask for a better view. Located near the park. I gave only 4 stars -not the host fault- but we had a mouse visitor. The mouse terrorized us for the first couple days. We were chasing it with trash cans and it got in the couch. Upon taking the cushions off in an effort to get the mouse notable mouse droppings were on the couch…and behind the piano he had been there for some time. The house was in need of a clean my kids/ husband complained of sheets being a tad musty.

This was an all around great property experience. The house itself was exactly as listed, well appointed and comfortable for us and our 3 kids, ages 9, 8 and 3. The backyard with the pool was a highlight for the kids. We are already talking about a return visit. We had one small issue with accessing the WiFi (which was actually our issue not the property’s) and the host was extremely patient with us as we sorted everything out. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area.

Three Rivers Dream Experience

We had a wonderful time exploring the National Parks during the day and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Highly recommend the property!

Overall, this was a well laid-out, comfortable space. It was great for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we loved the landscaping with the gardenias, jasmine, and citrus trees. However, the property, both inside and outside, was well worn and could benefit from some TLC and updating (stains on carpet, cabinet finishes/trim, tiles missing outside, grill not lighting easily). This limited the amount that we utilized the outdoor space as it wasn't very inviting. Also, we did have an issue with mice getting into our food, which after reading more reviews, was a problem for other guests as well. To their credit, the owners were responsive with sending out someone to set traps/clean etc., but there were gaps around the doors in which mice could easily get in so a more permanent fix is likely needed. I also agree with others that there was not a great path to get to the river, so we just viewed it from a distance.

Great stay in Three Rivers

We loved this place!! The property was a perfect home base for trips to the National Park or other local sites and the pool was an absolute must! The home was well-stocked and had all necessary amenities. The bbq worked well and there were ample plates/ cutlery for a large group. We loved staying here and hope to return!

Falling Waters With Flowers Resort

Beautiful layout with plenty of space both inside home and outside pool patio. Beautiful waterfall pool area and fresh fruit and gorgeous flowers in bloom. Sleep worthy Sheets and bedding. Very Roomy. Great for families! Thanks Pam! Your recent guests Toni & Chris

Perfect location

Great location. Down the street from the market and very close to everything Three Rivers has to offer. Close to the park, if you’re interested in checking out Sequoia. 2nd stay at this property and it has everything you’ll ever need in a vacation rental. Highly recommend and we’ll be back again.
