Oceanfront condo next to the Marriott Hotel, San Juan

This one-bedroom condo is located on the fifth floor fronting one of Puerto Rico's alluring beaches with breathtaking views of the blue/green ocean & white/golden sand.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room that opens up to spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan Coastline.
You can see the cruise ships (illuminated at night)entering & exiting San Juan Harbor.

Sleeping accommodations include: two twin beds in the bedroom which can be joined to make a king size bed. There is a sofa in the living room which has a pullout platform to make a king size bed(82'l x 56'w).
Recommend three persons occupancy only due to the size of this unit The building is not handicap compliant. (Built before ADA regulations enacted). No wheelchair access to the lobby.
There is AC in the bedroom as well as a ceiling fan.
There is AC in the living room area of the condo.
There is a ceiling fan in the living room and cross-ventilation with windows and door open on opposite sides.
The only areas without AC are the bathroom and closet.

All bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach towels toiletries and personal hygiene items are not provided.

PERFECT LOCATION to EVERYTHING, especially the Beach

This CONDO is perfectly situated, walking distance to restaurants, shops, CVS and more importantly, right on the beach, literally. Safe, clean, amazing place, 2nd time family is visiting, highly recommended.

Stay at Stella Maris

I loved the property and that view is priceless! It was wonderful to wake up to the ocean every morning and enjoy the patio at night. I would definitely stay here again. The check in process was somewhat new for me, but Paulet explains everything well and very clearly.

Location Location Location

Right on the beach. You can hear the ocean waves and see the beachgoers all day long into the evening. Restaurants Bars and Casinos are within walking distance and fancy hotels share the strip.

Enjoy the many amenities this condo provides. The location is the best on Condado Beach, San Juan. You can choose to eat in or visit the variety of area restaurants. Nearby supermarket and local food markets. Safe, well lighted area.

Beautiful getaway weekend

Great location, beautiful ocean view. Apartment needs a little updating. Owner was very helpful during the entire rental process, readily available, allowing for flexible check in and check out hours.

Updates include Corian kitchen countertops and granite sink with new faucet. New kitchen cabinet with ceramic stove top. Corian sink top and and new sink with faucet in bathroom. Replacement of rattan bar stools and balcony furniture with stackable stools and table from Arbitare (imported) specialty store in San Juan. Raidar aluminum chairs from Ikea. Storm King sliding door window panels in living room, bedroom and kitchen. Small balcony constructed. New AC in living room . Upgrades which are continual and ongoing include replacement of ceiling fans, water heater and small kitchen appliances. The wall units, closet unit and bedroom furniture in this condo are all custom made laminated mahogany(termite proof) built by furniture craftsmen in Bayamon Puerto Rico. Lamination preserves the quality of the wood from moisture and insects. It is easy to clean. Regular maintenance and upgrades are continually addressed in this oceanfront property.

Location and View

The location and view is all you need to know. Perfect for watching the waves and for walking to restaurants and shops. Easy to work with the owner. Unit was as described and no surprises. We enjoyed our stay!

Condo Stella maris in San Juan

Amazing condo with beautiful views of the ocean in living room and bed room. The condo is right on the beach. Many bars and restaurants near by. Loved the place and paulett was a wonderful host! Will return soon!

Loved it!

I loved my stay in this condo! Could not be closer to the beach with an incredible view. I enjoyed going nextdoor to the Marriott pool and/or renting a beach chair in front of the condo. I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely place to stay in a lovely place.

Just amazing

That was our first time in PR and it was Amazing. The condo is in a perfect location. Right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants, stores and we even walked to Old San Juan few times. The condo has everything you need and the host was very friendly and welcoming. We we’ll definitely be back soon❤️🇵🇷

Beautiful Ocean Front View

Five star location and view. Close to everything you need. 24 hour CVS on the corner, food everywhere, exciting nightlife a very short Uber drive away. Lots of locks and keys to get in the unit. Made me feel like me and my belongings were safe and sound.

What a view!

Stayed at this condo for a week (November 11th through the 18th). The 180° view from the balcony is spectacular. Building is right on the beach and is very safe and secure. Neighborhood is wonderful and everything you need is within walking distance. The host, Paulet, is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again. The price is great.
