Great place. Well stocked with everything. Great pool, kayaks, bikes, chairs, coolers, wagon. All you need for a great stay. Nathan was super attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. My grandsons loved the fishing off of the dock. We saw manatees and a dolphin. They even caught a couple of stingrays. The property was just like advertised. Wonderful vacation.

The place was extremely clean. It’s a nicely located property great amenities. Everything was prepared very well for us. Couldn’t have been happier with the money spent here great value.

Great location and great property. Loved that they had all the necessities available to us. The listing says 2.5 baths but it is 3 full baths. One with a tub shower. The boat lift wasn’t working but we were still able to tie up to the dock. Overall good experience.

We had a great time! Enjoyed the private pool. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved that we could be in the sun or cool off under the covered porch area. Even got the kayaks out. Lots of space for my family of 7. Nate was pleasant and easy to reach out to.

The house is in excellent condition and well equipped for your stay. The host is friendly and kind. We can’t wait to return. Every detail was thought of in the home and we had all we needed. Seriously, extra towels, soft sheets, various pillow choices, fans in bedrooms, pool toys, and a nice cooler to borrow. We enjoyed the local town, beach time, and NASA. Highly recommend.

House was beautiful, well kept, and loved the pool and the peaceful location on the water. Great location near restaurants and Cocoa Beach. Nathan was a fantastic host. Really enjoyed our stay!

This property is on such a beautiful setting, we fished off the dock, watched the manatees play, kayak on the river and just relax and enjoy time with my family.

I loved the backyard!! Right on the water and a beautiful view. We enjoyed seeing dolphins swimming right by our dock. Kayaking was amazing as well!! . Great location!!! Close to Publix and walking distance to dog park, beach and lots of stores.

Perfect getaway!

This house was perfect for our stay in every way! It was large enough for everyone to have their own space but had great space for us all to gather together also! It was close to everything we wanted/needed. The pool and canal outside drew us outside often to watch the dolphins and manatees.

Cocoa Getaway

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this property, and again, it didn't disappoint. The house is, awesome, and the pool is fantastic. It is a great home for families. Location is great and views are amazing. We will definitely stay again when visiting Cocoa Beach.

This property is beautiful. The home is just what we needed. It is close to everything and the pool was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation!

We loved this house and pool. Such a quiet, clean and relaxing location. Only a five min drive to the beach too and to local restaurants and grocery store. My kids said they want to come back again!!
