Cute House in Perfect Location!

We take a quick trip to Holmes County a couple times each year and wanted to stay an extra day on our last trip. We found this gem and decided to give it a try! We were not disappointed:)!!! The location is great...just off the main highway and you can see one of our top stops from the front porch (Walnut Creek Cheese). The home has been updated throughout and had new furnishings. It was super clean when we arrived, which was great!! We shopped all day, then relaxed on the porch with a glass of wine, followed by a movie on the comfy sofa! We will absolutely book this house again on future visits!! Great place!

Great one-night stay

My mom, sister, and I had a great stay at your home. We only stayed one night as planned. Everything we needed was available, it was clean, and we were close to shops and restaurants.

Nice little place!

We found everything very comfortable and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was super nice. The porch view was super and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching all of the people riding by on their e-bikes. Highly recommend the place!

Perfect location, shower water pressure 👎👎

Nice location, clean home, but the shower’s water pressure was like standing under a watering can sprinkler. If you turn the hot water down, the pressure gets less. Takes forever to get the soap rinsed off your body and hair. Other than that, nice accommodations

Cute little house

Needs a few added features like a curtain or blind on front door window and the kitchen window...the road is a little busy at night so people could see in. Did not like the fact that we had to do the dishes and put them away and put all the bedding and towels in washer and start the washer. There is a cleaning fee in the price so I can understand stripping the beds but not the rest. The light switches seem confusing so those should be labeled. Couldn't find how to turn on porch light at night. Very clean and cozy. Host was very prompt at responding to messages. The house is very close to everything so it makes it convenient to bring purchases back to the house if need be.

Charming and Great Location

This is the cutest house! We stayed for a weekend just as a getaway. The house is located very close to lots of things you'd want to do, and it's very clean and charming. Host was also very kind and communicated well. It was a great experience!

Excellent location

Property was located in an excellent location and easy access to the main road. Property was very clean and tidy with plenty of linen and towels. Yard was large for those with kids. My only suggestion(s) would be to put a curtain over the front door window and kitchen window since these face the roadway and to fix the shower. The water pressure is fine throughout the home but the shower head varied in output pressure. Sometimes it was fine, other times very, very slow. Other than those issues a great place to stay and enjoy Amish Country. Hoighly recommended :-))

Weekend in Amish country

Property was clean but my wife with her super sensitive nose felt it was musty. Kitchen was adequately equipped for us but some guests will miss having a dishwasher and ice maker. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was fine but shower pressure could have been better. Living room could use new seating. Location was convenient but you will hear some traffic noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would come again.

When I booked the rental I was told that the unit was handicapped accessible which it was not. There were 3 steps to enter the property-my ramp could accommodate 1. step. The picture of the property showed one step but that was not the unit we were given. I had to find accommodations for the first night and we left the next day. I expect a refund because we were misled. In addition we are being charged for a broken window and as explained to the person who called no one was in the room when it broke. As unlikely as that would seem my brother-in-law a retired minister who was there said that is what happened. I certainly don't intend to pay for the window and I expect a full refund.

Fine and Dandy

We liked the location, not in the middle of everything but convenient. Nice shade trees in the front yard, nice parking area, view from front porch faces a covered bridge, it is on a corner so can be a little noisy but not a problem for us and it does quiet down. We didn’t use the kitchen but it does have a nice kitchen and seemed well equipped. It has only 2 chairs on the front porch so if you have more than 2 people that could be a problem. The bedrooms have a nice view, woke up every morning to a pretty horse standing a few away. I would stay there again.
