This was our second time at this property. Absolutely love it. Super clean, well stocked and the amenities are the best. Wouldn't doubt we'll be back for a 3rd time.

Very quiet retreat close to Pagosa. Great host communications and property was well equipped. Comfortable beds with plenty of bedding options. Great hardwood floors, good for dogs. Relaxing views. Perfect for two couples.

Delightful Visit

The cabin was very well supplied, comfortable, had a amazing view of the San Juan Mountains and the staff was extremely helpful. My husband and I would have no hesitation recommending this site to anyone else or revisiting this location agsain.

From the moment we arrived at the cabin, we knew he had found something special. This piece of heaven was tucked away in a peaceful setting with breathtaking mountain views. The surroundings were beautiful and the cabin itself was beautifully maintained and every detail was thoughtfully considered. All the furniture was super comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a joy. Access to town was quick and easy. The staff was super helpful all the way throughout the process and answered all our questions timely. We would highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful, rejuvenating escape in the heart of Colorado's beauty.

Lovely Anniversary

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was everything we'd hoped for. The home was lovely, immaculately clean, and exactly as advertised—no surprises, which we really appreciated. It felt private and peaceful, and was so comfortable that it became as much a part of the trip as everything we'd planned around Pagosa Springs. The whole place was thoughtfully set up and easy to settle into. We'd happily stay again and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. The house was beautifully decorated in antiques and the view was amazing and so relaxing. Located in very nice neighborhood with quick easy drive to Pagosa. Would stay again.

My rating of this property is a “4”. The property itself if a “5” but the description of the property is a “3”.The inside of the cabin is spacious, furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It has an attached garage which is a plus. It has a wonderful deck with chairs, a dining table and hot tub. Views from the deck are of the mountains and deck is surrounded by tall pines providing privacy. The property is 10 minutes from Pagosa Springs where we found some great restaurant choices: Meander and the Alley House Grille.With all the positives of the cabin I’m puzzled as to why the VRBO description highlights a non-existent feature. “Close to Wolf Creek. Private San Jaun River Frontage. Quiet. AC.” From the description one would think that the property might be on the river. In the description it states that the river is 2 miles away. But the river is across a major road and is not viewable from any place on the property. It felt like the description was misleading. And this is a wonderful property on it’s own and doesn’t need to imply that the property has any connection to the river by highlighting “San Jaun River Frontage.” It does not.

The home grants access to the private river access as well as a fishing pond, but it is indeed located across the highway! Nice mountain home

We stayed here with our family of six and were very comfortable. The hot tub and deck are amazing and the house was nice and very clean.

Breathtaking Views in a Stunning Home

We loved this home! The rustic cabin feel made us feel at home in the mountains. We enjoyed beautiful views from the lovely hot tub, too. The cherry on top was it is a dog friendly rental, and our Corgi enjoyed her stay as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, excellent view off back deck. Quite neighborhood. Good location. Clean, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed our stay very much. Second bedroom on first floor is a little tight. Furnishings are lovely & very comfortable.

Perfect spot and great house

Everything about our stay was amazing. House was great and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Back porch rockers was a perfect spot to relax. Will stay here again when back in Pagosa Springs!
