The home was lovely, clean and bright. Everything was convenient to get to from ice castles to Loon Mountain and an abundance of restaurants. The plow service did a great job keeping the driveway clean, too.

Great house located close to everything

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and well furnished. Lovely kitchen and large living room for family time. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in this property to visit the ice castles and enjoy the area. We loved our stay! The home is insanely close to the ice castles. The house is kept very clean and it is spacious. We would highly recommend this home to anyone! The owner was very easy to connect with and incredibly helpful.

Mountain View was the perfect cozy home for our Maine family vacation. The location worked for us with what we planned to do in and out of the hiking in Acadia. Erica, our host, was quick to respond when necessary and was very helpful with helping us navigate so fishing spots. The living space was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the open floor plan!

Property is as advertised and the host was very responsive. Only issues are, there is no usable outdoor space to hang out, , no outdoor furniture, no grill, no fire pit, nothing. Also, the portable air conditioner really does not work, even in the room it was located, the temperature was at 82 after it had been running all day. There was also an issue with ants inside, particularly carpenter ants. Killed quite a few.

Beautiful Home

This was my second time staying here and we loved it Gorgeous home with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Everything you need is right there. The location is perfect for skiing, snowmobiling and visiting the ice castles. We hope to return again next year.

Great location

Great house with central location to everything. Very clean, comfortable beds, large bath and nice gas fireplace. great communication with owner. could have walked to things but a bit too cold out. Nice to keep the car in a garage.

Perfect Location

The house was in the perfect location for both the Ice Castles and skiing At Loon Mountain. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The TV and Sound system are awesome. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plenty. We had a great time and will definitely return next year.

Perfect for Ice Castles and Relaxing.

The house was very clean. The open kitchen and living room were cozy with plenty of space. We found the couch and beds very comfortable. We relaxed, watched played games and watched movies. We didn't need to rush to the Ice Castles as they were an only a couple of minutes away by car. There were also many restaurants within a 5 -10 minute drive. Ski slopes are only about 20 minutes from the house. It is on a main road with light traffic but once in the house you would never know it. We would definitely return to this lovely house.
