As advertised, great rental house. Pool and spa were fantastic. Street was quiet, but close enough to walk to the King and Queen’s shops.

Beautiful house great location great amenities

Stayed here over the Christmas week very quiet great house location is perfect. If you wanna be in the beaches, you have to be able to go somewhere quiet or also stores nearby at the resort you can go to overall I would come here again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying here!

Everything was as described and was the perfect fit for our family. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything. They had everything we needed and kid items that are challenging to travel with which made it so much easier. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect vacation home

This house was exactly as described, Perfect location as it is close to all the shops and restaurants in Waikoloa and right off the highway for easy access to your adventures.The pool is warm, the house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to deal with and even offered us a late checkout as our flight was a later one. We will be staying here again.

Fabulous Vacation

Our family had such a great time in this home ! We especially liked having a private backyard, and the kids loved being able to run around while we grilled up fresh fish. This was a great location to explore the island from. We all really enjoyed the Waimea farmers market. We would absolutely stay here again.

Unforgettable Anniversary

We celebrated our 30 Anniversary with some friends on the Big Island. Peaceful Paradise was absolutely amazing! We look forward to booking Peaceful Paradise again.

Wedding weekend

The house and location was perfect for where all the wedding activities were happening. The house was beautiful and the setup was great for our family of 6. We enjoyed our stay and if we get back to Kona we’ll book this house again!

Host was great. House was perfect. It's in a cool location, off the beaten path to avoid the public, but not too far from being able to walk to everything you need. House was well furnished and stocked and taken care of. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes and used the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment all week long. Book with confidence that what you see is what you get.Cheers

Everything was perfect for our purpose! The place is beautiful. Loved the view of the mountains. There is a lot of check out procedures required. The charge for Housekeeping is equal to a night stay & being asked to have beach towels washed/dried AND start bath towels so a lot.

Amazing, Exceptional

From arrival to depart exceptional experienceWhen I go back to HAWAII I will definitely stay at this property again, property manager was just delightful to deal with, and the house was perfect. The suns that’s were gorgeous, it was convenient to everything I highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing Home with all the nice touches , this would be the property

The house was beautiful but it was dirty, they had to come back to change the bedding and mop the floors our feet were black from the dirt on the beautiful wood floors. The home did have a lot of pool noodles bikes so it's great for all family members of all ages. The umbrella by the pool was broken along with the beach umbrella. The swimming pool pump did not seem to be working properly along with the pool vacuum. For over 10K to stay here you would expect things to be a little tidy. But i still would recommend this property it is beautiful. The house has a great lay out and a nice big laundry room.

Couldn’t be better!

We’ve been to Kona several times and this place made our last trip the best we’ve ever had! We couldn’t have asked for more. This house provided privacy, comfort, and was very clean. The owners provide bikes (with helmets and locks), and anything you need for the beach such as coolers, top notch snorkeling gear, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and good quality beach towels. The kitchen was stocked to perfection as well including top of the line pots and pans, Tupperware, and anything else you might need! Next time we are in Kona this is where we’ll be and we will for sure bring our kids next time. Such a great place for a family!

Perfect

We had a fantastic time at your property. It was one of the cleanest we have stayed at on the island (and Maui!). We didn't see a single insect inside! It was quiet when we were outside and the bikes were wonderful for riding around the complex. We hit the island during a high wind warning that lasted for about 4 days. The house was big enough for us not to feel penned in with our group. We loved being able to step outside to the pool - as we wouldn't have wanted to trek to a pool in the wind if we were in a hotel. Perfect area for running the morning and biking in the afternoon.
