Amazing stay. nice quiet clean home. Accommodating for the whole family. Host was easy to connect with very helpful loved our stay ! Looking forward to booking again.

Inside the house was clean .The neighborhood didn't look safe. the picture on the website, It doesn’t even look like the same house. We were disappointed. The only good thing about it. The house was clean

A Gem in Greenville

We had a weekend wedding and this ended up being the perfect spot. We would have had to get 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights and the cost was terrible, so at first we were going to skip the Friday wedding festivities. Then we found this spot, the price and location were perfect. Would definitely stay here again if were are in the area.

spacious, comfortable and inviting.

Easy to locate & use street parking. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, most neighbors were welcoming. 3 large bedrooms rare find at this pricepoint. The bed were fine but springs poked a bit. were poking and not super comfy.

Family Ball Game Stay

This spacious townhouse seemed clean and was adequate for our two night stay. We were able to find street parking right in front of the house. There was some noise from the neighbor on our first night but was quiet after 10. All the bedrooms were spacious and had tall mirrors. Great location for the Blue Rocks baseball game and getting into Downtown Wilmington.

Nice and cozy house

I really enjoyed my stay with my 2 sons , I really dint like the fact that the the windows were unlocked. I tried to lock them and they wouldn’t lock. I like to feel safe wherever I’m at specially w my boys . Besides that was a great experience.We really loved it .

This host cancelled our booking the day before our arrival — on Memorial Day weekend during University of Delaware graduation weekend — and we only found out because we called her. We had booked more than two months in advance, specifically because we needed two bedrooms for three people traveling to see my niece's graduation. We were planning to stay Thursday through Sunday. When I couldn't find check-in instructions the day before departure, I reached out by message, then called from the road when I hadn't heard back (I missed an email message from that morning). That's when she informed us she had double-booked the weekend and cancelled our reservation. Her only offer was to let us stay Thursday night — leaving us to scramble for last-minute accommodations for Friday and Saturday on one of the busiest weekends of the year. She was neither helpful nor apologetic. She made no effort to help us find alternative lodging and never suggested we contact VRBO customer service for assistance. Double-booking is a preventable, basic hosting failure. Syncing calendars across platforms is a standard responsibility — and ignoring it cost three guests a trip they had planned for months. Additionally, the place was not comfortable. It had some of the worst lighting I've seen in a rental, and lacked nightstands and bedlamps: basic guest comforts. Do not book with this host.

Extremely Dirty

The check in process was easy but that’s where the good stops. The neighborhood is not the greatest and to add to that all the windows were open and unlocked when I arrived. The cleanliness was terrible. There were dead cockroaches on the floors upstairs and down stairs had old food and balls of hair everywhere. There was hair throughout the fridge and stains of food on the walls in the kitchen. On top of that the general cleanliness was terrible. Upstairs there was a door with outside access that had a hole/break across the door just covered up with clear tape. The queen size bed that is advertised is just an air mattress. Due to the conditions it was an uninhabitable place. When the owner was contacted to cancel and issue a refund they wanted a cleaning fee for an already dirty property. VRBO had to get involved to get a refund.

The bug’s you saw was a dead bee that was in a corner that the clearing crew didn’t see…there no cockroaches in my property…the place is professionally cleaned after every stay..there were no balls of hair and food all over the place..I didn’t have to refund you the entire amount..I did it out of courtesy since you left but I did notice you used some things in the property after I refunded you your FULL refund which wasn’t the agreement…I’m sorry this wasn’t a good experience for you but my property is not what you have described…
