Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We are grateful to hear that you felt safe and appreciated our team’s attentiveness and the family-friendly atmosphere at The Palms. Unfortunately, Hurricane Isaias brought unexpected weather conditions to our area during your stay. While we cannot control the weather, the safety and comfort of our guests remain our highest priorities, and we are thankful that you felt secure throughout the storm. We also appreciate your feedback regarding dish soap and cleaning supplies, as we continually look for ways to improve our guests’ experience. We would be delighted to welcome you and your family back to The Palms for a more relaxing, sunny vacation!

Thank you So Much for staying with us Marian. We are happy you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to have you back at the beach soon.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience. We’re so glad to hear you found the booking process organized and that you had an overall great stay. We understand that bedding comfort can be very personal, as everyone has different sleeping preferences and needs. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback. For reference, the sleeper sofa is actually brand new, but we understand that comfort can vary from guest to guest. Regarding the amenities, some resort features do operate on a seasonal schedule during the winter months. The quieter season can be a nice time to relax, though we understand it may limit access to certain offerings. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and recommendation. We would absolutely love to host you again in the future.
