This apartment was clean and felt very homey. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Ken was quick to respond to my txts and easy to talk to. Location was great because we had a Saturday market right under our windows. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and comfy. Ken, the host was so friendly and accommodating. He even sat and visited with us for a while when we went to eat at the Asian restaurant just below our unit. The food at the restaurant was also great. We would stay again.

The apartment was immaculately clean and was thoughtfully well-stocked and labeled for everything we needed, including little touches like half-n-half packs in the refrigerator. Is very clear the owners know what they are doing. When texting the owner about a few questions they were immediately helpful and responsive. I will definitely book again when I'm back in town.

Very nice and clean property. It was perfect for what we needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again. The owner/operator was very communicative and all the directions were spot on. It was a pleasure to work with him and stay at this location.

Hello, my name is Ken. I was born in China and moved to the United States in 1997 with very little English but a strong desire to build a better life. I first worked in restaurants in Chicago before moving to Dubuque in 2000, where I worked at Hy-Vee as a cook and later became the Chinese department manager.
In 2003 I began investing in real estate, and in 2008 I left my job to focus on real estate full time. In 2018 I followed my passion for cooking and opened Oolong Asian Cuisine here in Dubuque.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of guests from around the world and have received over 4,000 guest reviews across my properties. My goal is simple: provide clean, comfortable homes and make every stay easy and enjoyable.
