Tiny Home, Spa Next Door, Deck, Walk to Farmers Market

This two story tiny home is located next to Float and Fly Wellness Studio in historic downtown Dubuque. Offering a unique experience where you can enjoy the spa and wear your bunny slippers back to your private oasis. This 1863 brick home was fully restored in 2018 after being completely gutted. Everything is new and updated with clean lines and grey backdrop. Decorated in mid century modern decor. Very secure and peaceful environment that allows you to relax.
The space
Located conveniently two blocks from farmers market and just a few from Loras College. On main level is kitchen and living area. Futon and convertible bed offer two additional sleeping options on the main floor. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other unconventional with a twin day bed) and a full bath with tub and shower.
Guest access
Convenient off street parking for one vehicle just outside your private deck entrance.
Other things to note
Guests can enjoy many spa services at Float and Fly Wellness Studio. Services we offer include: Massage, Aerial Yoga, Sauna, Float Therapy, Facials, Halotherapy and more.
Quiet location sharing one small wall with adjacent spa. No pets or smoking allowed.

Super great spot to stay just be sure that you are able to walk up a steep flight of stairs. Very quiet and peaceful, we walked into the millwork district both nights for dinner.

Thanks for leaving a review. Happy to hear you enjoyed the area and all it has to offer. This is a two-story unit with a flight of stairs, which are standard height, but worth noting for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of so many restaurants! Very clean and charming with its Mid-Century modern decor, lots of natural light, great views, and whimsical touches like the porthole window. It was easy to communicate with the host, and everything went smoothly. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again, and hopefully find time for a massage next trip!

A very pleasant and comfortable place to stay in the heart of historic Dubuque. We were impressed with the nice decor and well-appointed kitchen and appreciated the off-street parking. We loved that it was within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. Our new favorite coffee shop (Papi's) and Indian restaurant (Swagat) are just a few blocks away. We were delighted with how close we were to museums and to the riverwalk. We'd come to ride bike trails and hike in the area. Rainy weather curtailed that, but we found the convenience of the apartment's location made it easy to pivot to other fun activities.

The entire experience was flawless. Host did an excellent job of communicating how to enter the unit, where to park, as well as happenings close to the unit that weekend. The unit was extremely clean. Everything is within a good walk from this unit. My partner and I enjoyed walking to the river and back. It was a great way to burn off dinner :) 100% recommend staying at this unit. My partner and I are already planning our next trip to Dubuque and specifically will book this unit again.

A great place to stay

This place was really nice. Perfect for a couple looking to get away. It was next door to a spa that gave you a 10% discount on all services which was also great. The unit was clean and very modern. The location was in easy walking distance to all of the various attractions. Over all, I'm really happy with the stay.
