Very lovely stay, Ken, the host is very responsive and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, shower towels and linens were fresh. WiFi is fast and reliable, all amenities were great. I ventured out to the brewery downstairs a few times during my stay and would highly recommend. The town is quiet and the weekend farmers market was an added plus!

Ken (host) was very helpful and responsive. Property was very neat and clean. Quiet and relaxing. Good price for the space, especially compared to hotels in the area. We were in the area for a wedding and this served our needs perfectly.

Very nice property

Nice little place. Just what I needed. Beds very comfortable, quiet, nice selection of cookware, laundry outside but worked out great. Owner very responsive and helpful. Great experience.

Downtown Oasis Property

Property was clean, beds were comfy and it was nice how things were labeled through the space to easily find everything. Free off site parking was nice too.

Perfect Location

If you want to walk downtown, this is the perfect location, close to everything. Ken was super responsive and so kind. the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and nice. Beds are extremely comfortable!

Absolutely perfect!

My wife and I attended a wedding just down the road and this was a perfect alternative to a basic hotel. The place was unbelievably clean and well taken care of. Ken is a fantastic host with great recommendations as well. When we return, we will definitely be looking at his place to stay as a first priority!

Great Apartment in Perfect Location

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean and smartly decorated. Ken was fantastic with communication and check-in was smooth and easy. This is a great location in Dubuque. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, etc... Jubeck Brewing and Oolong Asian Cuisine are both right there. We recommend both places! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubuque.

Perfect place to stay for our quick get away.

So clean and cozy. The beds and couch were so comfortable. Exactly what I needed for my relaxing get away! Close to restaurants and activities. I enjoyed the welcome brochure that also told you about the owner and his story. Didn’t get a chance to check out his restaurant! But will do so next time!

Dubuque stay.

Nice apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, and a TV remote that actually worked! The Farmer's Market was in the neighborhood on Saturday morning, an unexpected treat. Ken was very helpful, great communication, and responsive to our questions.

Clean, great location, great host!

We were looking for a 2 bedroom place to stay the night before dropping our daughter off to college and this was the perfect place. Ken met us in the parking space to ensure everything was in order. The apartment was very clean, everything we needed. We even left our fully packed rooftop and car overnight and it was not bothered at all. We’ve already booked a similar property, same host for September!

Everything We Needed

A great oasis in the city, The unit had a peaceful, uncluttered feel, yet it had everything we needed while, including extra little touches. Two spacious bedrooms, TWO bathrooms, and a nice, bright kitchen and lounging area. Great communication; patient with my questions.

Modern unit in historic downtown Dubuque

The owner did a great job refurbishing an old building in the heart of downtown Dubuque. The unit is comfortable and has all the necessities to cook a meal and have a good nights rest. There is a farmer's market on the street Saturday mornings and there are numerous shops, coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance. You can hear the train horns in the night which comes with the location.
