Nice, roomy two bedroom apartment. Centrally located. Easy access to the rest of Dubuque. Host was very responsive to any questions or issues.

Beautiful property in a convenient location with a cool deck and a great overall vibe. Unfortunately, street noise and the street lights kept us from sleeping each night. Pedestrians and car noise woke us up in the middle of the night after the bars closed each night. If you are looking for a peaceful night sleep this may not be a good fit.

Great location! Good space for 2 couples or a small family to make their home base for a Dubuque visit. Very clean. Has everything you need. Check in and check out were a breeze. Just be aware that the stairs up to the 2nd floor are pretty steep. It was no problem for our party but might be for others. Would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic location. Exterior lighting was great and I would feel comfortable staying here by myself next time I’m in town. The amenities were all perfect and the back patio was a nice treat. Will definitely plan longer stay next time.

The unit was great and Tanya was easy to deal with! The parking out front is metered from 8am - 5pm. To avoid a parking ticket, be aware of the "no parking" that alternates from the east and west side of the street, every other night. There is free parking one block down. It's not a big deal, as long as you are aware of it. There is a grill with the unit, but no safe place to use it. We went to Eagle Point Park and used a park grill. It's a beautiful Park with a nice view of the Mississippi River from above!

Nice little spot close to downtown. Clean and quiet for a larger property. Wi-Fi could use a speed boost, but everything else was great.

This property was so cute, in downtown (which is what we needed bc we were attending a conference but we didn't want to stay in a hotel). The beds were soft and comfy, great pillows! Really close to great restaurants (walking distance, and I have bad knees so I mean like blocks away). The stairs up to the apartment were my only nemesis, why my brain didn't compute that the deck meant stairs, I have no idea lol. The deck was amazing, great for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee!! 12/10 highly recommend.

Cute apartment and really cozy. Really nice little deck with a nice view. Within walking distance of several restraunts/bars. Beds were really comfy. It was all just wonderful.

Cozy decor, neat and tidy. I love having the sofa and separate bedrooms. The coffee and beer were a nice touch! Fyi though there’s a narrow flight of stairs to get to it.

Thank you for taking the time to review our cozy space. As this unit is situated on the second floor, it does have stairs, but they are of standard width and can comfortably accommodate guests on their way to this little oasis.

Fun Girl's Weekend

We loved the quaint, comfy, and cozy property! The location was great and it is just as the pictures show. We enjoyed the local brews that greeted us in the fridge. Having coffee beans for our coffee in the morning was a treat.We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning when we can come back.

Great little apartment

Although it is on second floor, what a well put together and clean space. Beds were comfortable, each room you can control a/c or heat, nice kitchen space supplied with utensils. We needed to be close to 7hills Brewing for a wedding and this was a perfect distance away. Totally would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in heart of Dubuque!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

This location was just right for a weekend getaway with friends. It was within walking distance to a few coffee shops and the historic downtown area. The apartment was in a cute old building that was modern on the inside. The kitchen was small but perfect for our needs. The deck was a nice bonus and if the weather was nicer we would have sat out there a lot. Overall a cute and cozy spot to stay.

Quaint, clean apartment!

Girl's get away! Enjoyed Farmer's market a couple blocks away, few shops, dining on the river, river walk and and music at Stone Hill winery...filled with Fun and laughter!! The apartment added a value and place to gather and catch up and play! THANK YOU! We'll return!

Old friend

The unit itself was nice, clean and centrally located. It was great that there were air conditioning controls in each bedroom so you could set your desired temperature. The first night we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although the view was not the best I misunderstood the parking situation- it said parking available and on street parking which I thought it was free. The on street parking is metered and the available parking was a block over. Also in the description it wasn’t mentioned that this unit was on the second floor with stairs to walk up. I also have never had to pay for “damage insurance “ which I thought was different. My friend and I did have a good time- went to a winery, Field of Dreams and ended our visit with a dinner cruise on American Lady. We plan on returning to Dubuque next year as there are still so many things to see and do. misunderstood the parking situation

Very cute, comfortable and clean. Worked just right for us. Would absolutely stay again. Be aware that there is opposite-side overnight parking in effect year round. This was not readily apparent to us from on-street signage or the info binder at the apartment.
