The apartment was as described in the advertisement & in a perfect location for public transport & car rental. It was very clean & with modern facilities The Manager & staff from the apartment block was very helpful, particularly when the washing machine failed. The owners were also to hand.

The room view was amazing. The layout was great for me and my coworker to be able to have our own personal space but still be able to sit in common areas. Host was very prompt with their communications and very accommodating.

The instructions for checking in were poorly written and needed to be sent much sooner than they did. The floors were not clean and our feet got filthy walking on them. The place was very convenient for walking, but don't bring more than one vehicle, there is only one parking space available. We had to pay for offsite parking. You need to park in the loading zone in order to access the keys.

The host was very accommodating to our needs. Cant say that much for VRBO. VRBO lost my reservation and check in information. I ended up contacting the host directly. It was a pleasure dealing directly with the host. The unit was more than adequate for our needs. The location was perfectly situated in the middle of everything.

Amazing place!

This place was super clean and in a safe area, so perfect for families! Communication with the owner was the best I’ve experienced with fast response times and able to help with whatever you need. Location was awesome and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Long Beach, this place is it!

Dishwasher inoperable. While the building is clean, the common areas reeked of disinfectant. It was disgusting to be outside the room.Usually rooms in areas such as is this come with a warning that it is in an "urban area." The children's park closest to the building was constantly filed with crack addicts literally smoking crack and the adjoining dog park was almost daily strewn with broken glass. There are many homeless in the area.The stairs around the building leading to the Pike constantly smelled like urine. Though there are dog bag dispensers in the neighborhood, the area around the building is strewn with dog feces. There was a gang harassing a homeless person behind the building and I had to call 911 to bring the cops out.The pool was not heated so it was basically useless.The flooring in the living room is cracked and dangerous. Someone will cut themselves on it and could require a teatnus shot.The throw rug in front of the TV sheds some material that ended up all over the couch.The unit came with a flexible transponder which was supposed to open the front gate of the parking garage. However, the gate was never locked & opened w/out it. A security issue. Threatened with a 200 charge if the useless transponder was lost.Owner refused a refund of any kind which confirmed the dismissive attitude of the mgnt company,

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view was outstanding and the accomodations were very nice as well. Long Beach is a fun area and there is so much to do in walking distance.
