LOVED!!

Everything about this place is even better in person. It's clean, well-stocked and in a GREAT location. Its proximity to the beach is also, great. The staff at the front desk were so nice, friendly and helpful, as well. I'd recommend this building and renting from ScenicStays any day.

Great week!

We had a great week at The Crescent! Our unit was perfect and was equipped with everything we could need. It was very clean and the location was beautiful! The staff was very helpful and did an amazing job! We definitely will be back!

Great property

Great property! We enjoyed the view and the extra space of the third bedroom and bathroom. Also liked the larger TVs and that they all worked with the cable and smart features.

A Wonderful Experience in Miramar Beach at the Crescent

My second year at the Crescent was a memorable one . Great to wake up each morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf and the grounds surrounding the pool! The staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Looking forward to 2026!!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. We met some great people! The condo needs more kitchen supplies. The kitchen had only 1 large coffee mug. The condo was beautiful and beds were comfortable.

Excellent Beach Condo!

We come to Destin twice a year and always stay at The Cresent. This unit did not disappoint! It had nice furniture and was clean. I also liked that there was carpet in the bedrooms (personal preference). The view was spectacular as well! The only feedback I have is that I would love to see some sort of additional lock on the front door as I have three children (again, personal preference). I would highly recommend this unit!

Review

Had a great time at the beach. We have been visitors to Crescent several times. The ice maker did not work which was very inconvenient and the carpets could use a cleaning. I would love to have more shade and or umbrellas available at the pool area.

very nice condo

We have stayed at the Crescent many years and my only complaint is that all of the condos are not equally equipped in the kitchen especially. This condo had the bare minimum of cooking utensils. The problem is you don't know what you are going to get before you get there. On the whole it was great.

Excellent! Would choose again!

This unit is very updated and impeccably clean! It had plenty of space for our family of 4 in the living room. We loved that it had a full size washer and dryer. The balcony also had plenty of seating. In person, the unit looked just like the online pictures. Kitchen utensils were sparse, but wasn’t an issue for us as we went out for dinner each evening. Plenty of towels and washcloths! If staying a week, you might want more toilet paper. Also, be sure to take hand soaps - those aren’t included.

Light needs replacing as you walk in entrance of condo. Light also needs replacing in master bathroom where toilet is

Unit Needs TLC

This unit has several issues. Light fixture in second bathroom pops Light in second bedroom about to fall apart. Fridge drawers all broken Tub in main bathroom does not work Unit just needs some TLC

Overall nice condo

Nice condo; however, was not clean enough for my taste. Shower had ring from something sitting in it and bath mats not clean/washed. Overall surfaces in condo not wiped down enough to my taste.

Appliances not working

Dryer won’t dry, blender won’t blend, can opener won’t open, hair dryer barely drys, loud music around pool, drinks in pool, ball throwing across pool hitting patrons. Slick lounge floor due to swim suit drippings and I slipped and fell on the wt floor hurting my back and knee. Ask you desk personnel. Very disappointing unit and supervision around pool.
