REST: our unit is allowed to rest for 24 hours after the guests leave;
CLEAN: the condo is deep cleaned; all bedding (including pillow protectors and mattress pads) and towels are laundered in professional grade washers; all surfaces, appliances, and handles cleaned;
SANITIZE: all surfaces, appliance controls, handles are sanitized with disinfecting spray, then doors closed;
REST: the sanitized condo rests for 24 hours before the new guests arrive.**
